Goodrick Tea Pot — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Awful customer service & staff behaviour way too harsh ,bad.

I order one chicken tikka sandwich ,which had hair in it & den I got a replacement which was had warm n haof cold , when told to staff ,he started giving lame excuses that if u would have grilled it more it would have dries, u should have told us we would had warm it more ,u already replaced an order do u understand how bad is it!

I had chocolate pasty it was not warmed well! They started saying that it would be hard to plate it , excuse me i didnt asked you to plate a lava for me ,I can understand well how warm things should . I don't think they care for custy. Well I ordered Maggi too it was his of course . But a bad customer service,served is not taking me to visit...

Inspite of being full house always, I would say, that instead of trying to maintain their services and upgrading themselves, service is not quick. We waited for atleast 30 minutes to hv a cup of tea. That does not go well in today's fast times. While ordering, the boy told us, only simple milk tea is available, so my question is, why hv so many options available on the menu card, when you can't keep up to provide them to the customers.
