KFC — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I am glad that KFC knows the value of the customer & understands the concern.

I had a bad service exp from KFC on 01/09 and I am happy to convey that, I got the call from respective store Manager on the very nxt day, he spoke to me nicely, understood my concern and assured that he will take care of the services more precisely from now,

It was over all a good conversation along with it... I was being treated by KFC. Mr. Ravi (Manager, Indore KFC,Malhar Mall) has provided me free of cost KFC meal treat, whatever I wish to order & it got delivered at my place along with few more added surprises for me... Also, My nxt 1 more order would also be a treat from them.

Thank uh once again Mr. Ravi. Great work ethics, and amazing personnel touch.

I ordered for red smoky schicken bucket & coffee mouse cake... And my added surprises were pepsi & chicken popcorn too...

It was delicious and we loved it. You people know very well, how to deal with a mistake, & THAT'S THE BIGGEST BLESSING.

International menu with lovely and yummiest Indian infusion!

My Indore companion and I tried their Wednesday special: 6 pcs chicken, wings, strips and drumsticks. The whole was soooo satisfying!

Today's choice from their huge menu reminds me of KFC in Trinidad and Tobago West Indies. I wish they had some reyal spicy dhaniya and pepper sauce like we do back home in Sweet T&T!

Beautiful ambience (more seating upstairs), decent and well crowded location inside a mall, still the waiting time was less than 5 mins.

It’s a great disappointment ordering from KFC now.

zinger burger comes with only half size patty in it, so we are literally paying for bread in it. when ordered single cheese burger, instead of a slice, you just get half of the slice in it. -No lettuce in the burger, just bits n pieces of lettuce They can mix peri peri chickens if they have spare in your hot n spicy bucket.

N it’s like an every times story even after telling them that u received half the patty and no lettuce in burgers. Bread in the burger is like stale.

KFC should close these kind of outlets instead of spoiling its Brand name coz of the issues of their...
