Pathetic place. Overly expensive and not at all tasty. I am willing to pay more but not for such pathetic food. They made half cooked french fries and it tasted no where close to french fries, tasted like raw potatoes soaked in oil. Staff is not polite as well, on confronting for uncooked fires, they started giving weird looks. Totally waste of money. I would suggest to visit some other place, not sure how this place got even this much reviews, seems like paid reviews.

Edit: Oh really? I highly doubt that you could recall the incident and you are more on the side of hallucinating. You NEVER ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT, forget about us denying the replacement. If you "distinctly recall" the incident, let me throw some light on it to help your hallucinations.

Your menu has only khichdi and boiled potatoes for vrath items both priced at 160 Rs. Out of which you didn't have khichdi at all (the only reason for which we stepped on your place), you only had so called potato dish which you said these are boiled potatoes fried and served with curd. We asked, instead of frying boiled potatoes give us fried raw potatoes for vrath with some salt and black pepper sprinkled. That's all. At first you provided half cooked potatoes and you took more than half an hour to fry one potato, that too not properly cooked. We asked to fry it properly as it was tasting like raw uncooked potato. Your staff gave weird looks as if we asked god knows what. Later on a bit talk with them, they refried and they became eatable. Not at all crunchy, polio affected potatoes, No curd, no sauce (because fating) nothing. Just fried potatoes with some salt on it. Portion so small that it was just one medium sized potato and a small potato. You charged us for "french fries" which was 190 Rs. Bro, it was worst tasting french fries if you consider it as french fries. They were neither crunchy nor tasted like french fries. I can get a large french fries in McD or Burger king for 135 which will taste far better than your so called french fries and in much larger portion.

You never asked for replacement, forget about we denying it. Anyways, what could you replace it with? You only had 2 items in the list out which you didn't have one and we ordered the remaining one only just that instead of frying boiled potato, fry raw ones. Your boiled fry potato dish with curd costed 160, and you billed us 190 for uncooked fried potatoes in the name of french fries. We only asked you to bill it 160 as all your vrath items are priced at 160 and we order one of your suggested dish only, just we didn't want it fried after boiling. Also, At 160, you offer boiled, fried and curd, we only got fried potato, no curd you could have easily charged 160 but you denied, no where close to denying politely. Your staff were arrogant and gave weird looks as if we are asking something extremely nonsense.

Not only this fried potatoes brath item for my mother. We had also ordered Kaju curry and Tandoori roti for us. It also tested pathetic. I can clearly catch your lies for offering us replacement, how can I trust your review are not paid? As per my experience, neither your staff is friendly, not your food tastes good. Overly expensive pricing is a cherry on top.

You don't know hospitality, you don't know how to treat your customers. Your staff gives weird looks on confrontation of poor quality food. It's not about the money, it's about the overall experience. I live in Bangalore and I spend far more money in good restaurants costing ~2000 for two. Here you might have earned extra 30 but lost tons of customers. I am never gonna step on your place ever again, neither any of my friends and family. We usually do weekend trips to Madurai and nearby places. Congratulations on loosing...

Gone there by seeing all those positive reviews but utterly disappointed If you want to look into something different you can try otherwise a big No. didn't had much of rush but I still have to wait about 10-15 min just to order my food through a waiter Ordered their normal thali, didn't find anything extra ordinary in the taste.(Don't know what the hype is)and even with 150, rupees and being unlimited option I don't think it's a great deal(other hotels also provide like these) After eating my first set of Roti I had to wait for another 5 min odd to get another They just push the water jug like If you want you take otherwise don't I even mention these things to at cash point ,the man who stood there just smiles at me and nothing more I never find service this horrible in any of other place(Don't know if it's usually like it or may be only in my time) If you want to wash your hand you definitely hit any of the waiter on the way(too congested) 8 . Don't know whether my Hindi that bad or the waiters don't know tamil at all . Nothing seemed working between us

AND MOST IMPORTANT THING if you're a regular customer/or known to them they will take care...

Went there with high expectations after reading many hyped reviews... Ordered their Roti Spl thali and Royal falooda.. We got bhindi dry subzi, Aloo subzi, kadi, Dal, dry Aloo, paneer gravy, pappad, curd, sweet, Unlimited rotis and white rice and condiments like salad, mint chutney, Raitha etc. Roti was super soft and topped with ghee.. Went really well with paneer gravy and Aloo gravy.. Unfortunately all other subzis were not tasted good nor tasted fresh esp dry Aloo got very weird taste. Sweet of the day was basundhi and it was really yumm.. The royal falooda was very well made.. Made with 3 flavours if ice cream and topped with fry fruits.. The stand out dish.. Ambience is normal..nothing fancy. The service is one thing they are very good at.. Very attentive refilling and they served with smiling face.. We customised the flavours of ice cream in falooda and they really listened to it and made it the way we wanted... Kudos to the team.. This place is definitely a worth try place.. But don't deceive by those over hyped reviews.. Keep your expectations low so that you can be surprised by the well made dishes. Over all damage is 570rs.. Only cash and...
