KFC — Restaurant in Madurai

This is my very first time to visit kfc , i very wonder what they have compare to road side fried chicken , on very thing on this branch they said Ac is not working so they provide only ac as in fan mode , ok after that we took a table the table remains mess they dont even try to clean the table even if you ask for that so atmospere and service are worst from the above experience ok after the 30 mins the food is ready , when iam took a first bite with expectation it really worst compare to road side fried chicken , food is halfly cooked ( instead of we well cooked with out AC 🙂) and the batter is not blend with the flesh .. oil not get properly filtered afer the fry it remains sticky on fingers . i dont know why peoples falls for this ok that's there opinion .. , i really dont know what in that finger licking good is that oil ? even you dont provide a stuff like a gravy 😄 , sorry KFC our taste buds not evolve to getting the taste of Oil ... so definetly not a finger...

Sorry to say this but this franchise Customer Service is V.Poor. We ordered online and had to wait for an additional 45mins to 1 hr in order to get the order for take away and this is not the first time. If you want to order take away it's better to order from store only I guess at least we would know how much time to wait rather than wait so long that it was frustrating and didn't feel like complaining or being rude since when we came one of the customer was clearly taking his frustration out on the staff and we didn't want to make it worse and that was our mistake, if we had been strict may be they would have prepared our order fast enough.🤦🏼 No respect for others time, we order online stating the time(since it's an option) also inorder to get the take away fast/not to wait for a long time; but to have such experience for whatever reason is truly disappointing. PS: Please keep the washroom...

My order number was 949 on 2 nd may 2024. 10 piece of 🍗 was ordered... But they gave 5 only after enquiring 2 times... And foget about the remaining 5... And it tooks another 2 enquiries at the delivery point... The person in cash don't even look at me to why was i am here.... It took me so angry... And made my order cancel for the remaining 5 pieces... Very very very bad experience in KFC.. It was my first ever visit to KFC... My family was utterly disappointed with the staffs.....

And i was eager to wait some more .... All in vain... "KFC" if you have any doubt,...
