Domino's Pizza | Managiri, MADAURAI — Restaurant in Madurai

I went in for dinner on 2-jan-2016 with a friend. My order number was 97. Server: Karthika.S First off, the employees were lethargic in receiving the order. I had to wait 5 minutes for getting my change after which they casually said "sit we will bring the change". No politeness, I was shocked to hear that. After about 20 minutes, I received my order and the pizza was not what i ordered(placed order for cheese burst but received regular hand toasted). Called up my server and informed the same, to which she took the pizza and walked away without saying a word. I then walked to the kiosk to inquire about my order. I was told that my order will be corrected with a new pizza. After another 25 minutes I was served with what i ordered. This time the toppings on the pizza was very poor/scarce. Called up the server again and she replied, "this is what we serve". My reply was, "Is this how domino's madurai serve" She replied, "yes" and walked away. I thought to myself that this was my decision to visit domino's and so I paid the price. After a long wait and hunger we started to have a bite and found no sauce and seasonings on our table. Called up the server again and asked for the seasonings. Finally couldn't finish the pizza as it tasted very bland. So left the place and went to a good continental restaurant and completed our dinner. My thoughts, On the restaurant: I wish they were at-least half as responsible as they are in chennai. On the food: Not bad. But...

Very very poor service on this one week. I’ve ordered thrice in their app out of which two orders they asked to cancel by calling me in their store are mobile, claiming chicken is out of stock to make chicken sides. None of the sides were available on Sunday and on Tuesday too even before 10 pm. On the other order on Tuesday too, the pizza delivered was of very poor quality- only chocolate lava cake was good- that was also sadly not in their advertised heart shape!! Dishonest advertising!! Today (thursday) called them in prior to know their stock, only to hear that they aren’t aware of the stock and only store room number will know and to call them. This is said irritatingly by the Same number who called me regarding out of stock detail on both days- now claiming that he is just delivery person. Not a single rupee is refund yet on the two huge orders above thousand rupees!!! Are they being fraudulent?!! Nobody to check with them too! Dominos is not taking any action either.

Last two years ah every order is delayed after 45 minutes only and none of the order was given DOMINOS policy refund either. Cheating Madurai people for years together in different ways without any...

We had this recent visit for Dominos K.K nagar branch Madurai on 4th March 2022 around evening 7:00 p.m.

This review is nothing to do with the taste or quality of the food. As always the food was awesome.. But to our surprise we had to witness a meeting that was executed in the Dominos office which had nothing to do with Dominos..

Apparently it seemed to be a political party meeting and almost all the customers were able to hear the party slogans shouted by the members attending the meeting.

As a general customer this was highly inconvenient and dissapointing to see this happen in a Dominos outlet. I would like to know if the outlet really provides any authorization for such meetings to be conducted. The meeting seemed to be recurring as well.

I would like to bring this to your attention mainly because it causes so much inconvenience for general customers and creates a non peaceful environment for the customers to enjoy the food.

I am nothing against any political meetings, but meanwhile i dont think a restaurent outlet can be utilized for such purposes.

Kindly take neccesarry actions to get this...
