have tried many pizza places in the area but none compare to the quality and taste of New York Pizza and Pasta. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I was craving some authentic New York-style pizza and I found it at New York Pizza and Pasta. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were delicious. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! After blowing Rs. 2.4 LAKHS at this pathetic excuse of a Dominos outlet over 2+ years, I can say with RAGE and DISGUST that this is hands-down THE WORST Dominos on the entire planet! I've eaten at Dominos across the globe, and this place is an embarrassment to the brand.

Let me tell you just how INCOMPETENT these clowns are - I live a mere 1.2km away, yet these jokers take 45-50 minutes to deliver a pizza that's supposed to arrive in 30! And don't get me started on their LYING, SCHEMING delivery staff who falsely mark orders as "delivered" to cheat the 30-minute guarantee, then show up 20-25 minutes later with what can only be described as cardboard covered in frozen cheese.

The quality? ATROCIOUS! When served hot, it tastes great, but when delivered late, the pizzas are so revolting that even street animals wouldn't touch them—yes, even BACTERIA have higher standards than this place! Cold, dry, and tasteless doesn't even begin to describe the inedible discs they have the audacity to call 'pizza.'

And the store manager? What an absolute JOKE! This useless excuse for a manager has the NERVE to blame customers when we complain about their garbage service. Hey genius, maybe if you spent less time making excuses and more time doing your job, you wouldn't have your most valuable customer (ME - Rs. 2.4 LAKHS, remember?) ready to jump ship to Pizza Hut in a heartbeat!

I decided to order a couple of pizzas for dinner on a cold night. I ordered online as I always do and once my order was being made I called the store to give delivery instructions. The front of my house is not accessible due to a previous owner’s dispute with a neighbor (long story.) We have to use the alley which is accessed from another road. When I called, the lady was polite and took my instructions. I like Domino’s for many reasons, but the tracker comes in handy for my situation. I only live 1.1 miles from the store so when I see the pizza is "out for delivery" I know that the driver should be at my back door within 7 minutes. Such was the case this time.

My pizzas were delicious and delivered hot. It never fails though if I fail to call them my pizzas are always cold because the driver looks diligently for my house and ends up calling me about 15 min later and the pizzas are cold by then. I’ve ordered from this Domino’s for 5 years now and some drivers have learned this about my home, but drivers don't stay for long as I live in a college town and they move on. When everything goes correctly on their part and on mine, I never have a complaint. I'm grateful for delivery on cold days and try to tip my driver well.
