Hotel Ananda ( non veg) — Restaurant in Madurai

Worst experience we had in this stupidest hotel. Their dishes are over priced and have very little quantity. Even by accident others shouldn't enter this worst hotel. They exploit the newcomers in madurai city to get business. for a 2 teaspoon mutton sukka we paid 180 rupee and that too did not taste like mutton. Please avoid this hotel. The staff's behaviour towards customers was like compelling to take more dishes and making fun of not having enough over priced food. Worst worst worst food and worst behaviour from the lady supplier and the cashier.. customers were treated like " thu...verum meals omlette danaa" .. they compel us to get side dishes that are overpriced and we were given curry in a tiny bowl for 2 meals. When asked for more, she denied and gave us sambar. The vegetables had very bad smell and chicken and egg are spoiled. All suppliers started mistreat us and we were mocked because our bill amount was "JUST 250 RUPEES"....

One of the best hotels in my recent trials at Madurai. Madurai style Seeraga samba biriyani was top notch and tats the reason why I could see this hotel running for many years (been seeing it from my childhood days). However cleanliness, sanitation facilities and dine-in area could be better. Request the management to consider these suggestions and do the needful.
