Read moreBooked 3 rooms. Personally I think it was overpriced for the condition of this hotel. We checked in late so there weren't many rooms available. One room they tried to give us wasn't cleaned. They opened another room after. One room wasn't given any towels. We were given stained and ripped bedsheets. We slept on top of our old clothes because we didn't know when these sheets were last washed. The presentation was nice but it was stained when you took off the cover. A drawer was already broken too. The hot water did not work in one of the rooms. Room service came to take a look and confirmed it wasn't working. My parents had to use a kettle to make their bath water warm. They also saw bugs in their room. This is not how guests should feel for staying at a 3 star hotel. Felt more like a 2 star.
On a positive note - Breakfast was great. Tea was delicious. The set up was also really nice. Location was great as it was a 10 min auto ride to the temple.
Spoke to the manager as we checked out to let him know of our concerns. He said those issues should not have taken place. Night staff should be trained to make it easier for guests.
