Because of this I had to place the order through the KFC app right there in the store for dine in Unfortunately I accidentally placed the order at the KFC Baner location instead of KFC Spot 18 Realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted the Spot 18 store to sort it out, but the staff was completely unhelpful They didn’t seem to know how to use their own app, let alone assist with my issue. When I asked if they could cancel the order or transfer it to the correct location they just seemed confused and didn’t provide any real solutions. The store manager KUNDAN was no better. I did online ordering from KFC, Pimple saudagar and placed an order number 2367 at 9.45 PM on 23rd March 2016 . I received an sms saying that order is dispatched and would be receiving shortly. I waited for an hour and called the customer care and they said 15 mins. Waited for another 30 mins and they said another 15 mins. I lost all hope and cooked for the 5 guests waiting for the food. I got a call at 11.45 asking if I still needed the order. We I asked the reason for the delay they said rider was watching match Ind VS BAN. This is the most pathetic service ever. They also offered extra chicken for me to accept the order. This is not the sort of service that the customers deserve and the reason for the delay was just atrocious. She simply refused us and said this facility is not available here as this is a new store. My husband ignored, placed an order and made a cash payment. Then they said that they will notify us once our order is ready. We waited for some time then a lady beside us told us that they won’t call you , you have to make a follow up. My husband went there and told the same lady that she could have simply told him that he has to wait here. She became angry at him. She was continuously starring at him angrily.
