Baker's Lounge (Cidco) — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I strongly wish i had an option for -5 stars. Worst service that too by the owner.

On 7 march, I purchased from here, worth Rs. 60. I tried paying by upi initially, but since server was down (showing pending which auto cancels in most cases), so i paid via paytm wallet that time.

2-3 days later I realised that this pending transaction , was successful ,i.e i paid twice and hence I got back to owner on 11 march, with the transaction proofs. I called him and then the further discussion was on whatsapp.

Now firstly he sees my message once in 2 days (that too after mutliple tagging). Then his replies are like will confirm, put to processing, in process, oh upi handle not working, showing invalid. I tell him do via paytm wallet, show my upi handle proof and after 7 days he tells me , its not working and says

"COME AND TAKE CASH".

I call him the very next moment, and he is still telling me upi invalid, and again says no other option left, so come and take your cash. doesn't even have the courtesy of saying a single sorry in a 3 min call (in fact the whole 7 days).Pathetic

I want the head of Baker's lounge franchise to please take note of this. Is this how you treat...

I love the sizzlers and dahi kabab of this place but the only reason I gave 4 star is because of slow service. At first the waiter won't even notice you until you call out loudly. Editing my review as the service here has got worse as I visited here after months, the chef's never available and that's okay but the manager was shouting on his phone which made me very uncomfortable and plus there was a warm in my water after which I left. And when I complaint about it the manager did not even apologies to us about it. Decided to never too...

NOT going to recommend this place to anyone. The owner and the manager were RUDE and behaved as If they are doing “FAVOUR” when I asked them about the flavours and prices for the birthday cake! They should use Name Tags if they don’t know how to attend to customers! Don’t even feel like giving 1 star due to impolite behaviour!! Got the cake at the last minute!!
