Read moreHello there ,
I was a Domino’s today at 10:30 pm at the Magarpatta Outlet. I was giving the order to this Lady named Pranjali who was talking very rude when I first gave the order. I was with my Friend Aananya , also she said that there is something wierd so We ignored at first. Later , I got a message from Dominos that the order is ready you can Pick up from counter. Just for the confirmation If it is ready or not I asked the same lady again, but before I could say anything, she very rudely replied that it will take more five minutes. My concern here is I don’t say that she was an employee and I was a customer so she should respect me or she is below me or something like that. But I believe that every human should respect any other human being if talking politely. But this was not clearly the case with this lady named Pranjali.I would highly request Dominos to go ahead and speak to such employees and request them not to speak with customers like this because we were polite and she was rude which I think was not ethical. Rest it is upon your team how you take this...
Read moreThis Domino's outlet near Magarpatta is quite small, with very limited seating capacity. It's clear that this location primarily caters to delivery rather than dine-in, and the overall experience feels quite average.
We ordered a large extra cheesy pizza during our visit, and while the taste was consistent with other Domino's locations, it was nothing special—just fine, neither great nor disappointing.
Given the number of corporate offices around Magarpatta, there is definitely a need for a larger Domino's outlet in this area. Unfortunately, there aren’t any Domino's outlets in nearby malls like Seasons Mall or Amanora Mall, making this small outlet the only option close by.
Overall, if you're looking for a good dine-in experience, this outlet may not be the best choice. It works for quick delivery, but considering the demand from Magarpatta’s corporate crowd, a bigger outlet would definitely be a welcome addition...
