McDonald's — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I ordered for the large meal and 2 veggie burger, and asked to please ensure that you put the sauce as mostly I get little sauce from here. Still they made it with almost no sauce. When I took the order and reached home then I opened the packed food and saw it that it have almost no sauce. It is tough to check all ordered food there at counter itself and that is they are using for this third class service, moreover when trying to call the shop at the given number in google maps shop. Nobody is picking the phone. Hence posting it here so that they can call back me. It’s really pathetic to get the order like this on high price….due to the owner of this shop comment..I am extending this comment that to improve the service they need to check with the staff who is preparing the dish. May be you are not giving good salary to your chef so he is not preparing it well. Or may be he is lacking of the quantity that how much and where he should put the things, which is a training part of the McDonald. Hence please check with the chef and the guideline of McDonald that how to prepare the dish. If you follow it then definitely it will be good. And yes your staff told it to the other staff clearly that ensure to put the sauce correctly, but still it get missed, may be because they did not given it in writing. However as you can see in the video even if he missed the special instructions from you other staff still he should put it correctly which is not there. So in anyway he lack the training from McDonald and the guidelines....

Writing for particularly McDonald's at Grand High Street Mall. This was 3rd time that we are getting different food items being served than we ordered, this time we highlighted this and get replaced. Attaching screenshot of anatomy of Mexican McAloo tikki burger but there were no jalapeno, no onion slices added to the burger. We have added chease slice additionally. They added after our complaint. Overall. *Good Ambiance *Food is also good Bad management and bad service. *Both the Order machines are out of Order also it was working some days before but we were not able to make payments from these machines... We never before experienced this kind of service with MCDONALD'S any Frenchie. I think we have to think twice before...

The two self ordering terminals never works at this store and even the staff does not bother to paste a written paper sign mentioning that its not working. I was trying to order but the payment was not happening, then they said select the payment option at counter. Before this as well I have seens like people were waiting to order by the terminal and after adding items into cart they came to know that its not working. Bhaisaab agar aapki machine kaam nahi kar rahi to ek paper pe likh chipka do ki out of order h...customers to pagle hain...time laga ke items select karke cart me daal rahe and baad me pata chalta ki machine kaam nahi karti.
