WOW China — Restaurant in Maharashtra

To be honest, the offer which they are displaying everywhere is actually not there, they said out of stock as it's make of soya chunks. Even on weekdays, everything is out of stock The rudest person takes the order here. You can't ask for recommendations or anything, everything is out of stock and the way he speaks is also annoying. Fried veg Darjeeling momos at Rs 234. Seriously???? And 6 small pieces of momos with little red sauce, not even mayonnaise was given with it. The other order was Chicken hakka noodles with chicken Manchurian bowl - oil was more than any spice in this bowl. Chicken was only 3 small pieces which tastes like thermocol. Think before you order anything from this place Asked for drink - we have nothing to drink here, mojitos which is shown in the menu, not available on weekdays not even weekends to say it was sold out Asked for tissues and you won't get them. He said I have already given by giving one tissue Small 6 pieces veg momos costs more than bowls. Wow!!!!

This is the way customers gets treated here paying so much. If you keep such worker to take orders, u will loose most customers just bcz of his arrogance for sure. I'll never go to this shop ever again and make sure the people i know won't go aswell.

I really don't understand the hype especially at this outlet.

And the taste is less than average.

Wow! Momo is a restaurant located on the third floor of the Grand Highstreet Mall in Phase 1, Pune, Maharashtra 411057. They offer a variety of momos such as steamed, fried, tandoori, Schezwan, Thai, and Mexican. They also serve other snacks like sandwiches, burgers, and wraps. The cost of a combined meal for one is Rs 199, but I opted for the Veg Momo Mania for Rs 72, which did not include fried part. If I wanted momo fried, I would have to pay an additional Rs 40, which I found too expensive for just five pieces of momo. I was disappointed with the extra cost for fried momo and the pressure to purchase a meal combo. The restaurant should provide more options for customers. Rest the momos were tasty, but the limited options for ordering without a meal combo was bothersome. Overall, the taste was good😋, and it’s worth giving...

WOW Brand needs to work on the customers service: Very bad experience with this Wow China store at Grand High Street Pune. I have ordered my at the counter and the order was taken and cash paid done. Waited for 45mins for the order.. orders after mine were served but I did not get the order.. my order was only 2pcs crispy chicken and Pepsi.

After the patient level, i went to the counter and asked was happened my order and I was shocked to hear "kya order hai aapka??!!" Then I said, "thik hai hai ye list me jo hai wo hai..give my money back i don't want to have anything. And again a shocking reply "Thik hai sir Deta hu..!!

How can be such a bad customer service. This Wow China needs to work on there staff manners and customer service. Stupid people are hired here.. I will never recommend this pathetic WOW to...
