McDonald's — Restaurant in Maharashtra

WORST SERVICE . Ive never had this kind of horrible experience with any of the mcd chains before. This one’s located near my house so i’ve went there a few times at 11am AFTER checking that the opening time was 10:20am but still got kicked out rudely by the female workers there. At first i let it go but it happened AGAIN on another day. That day i made sure to ASK the employees there if it was ok for me to order and they gave me the go but in the MIDDLE OF ORDERING on the digital screen, this female employee, one of the ones who kicked me out previously, comes out of the washroom sees me and rudely tells me to leave. I patiently told her tht the other workers said tht they were ready to take orders but then she started nodding her head and pointed to the door and kept telling me to leave. At this point even her own CO WORKERS were taking my side and telling her to just let me order but she wouldn’t budge and so i left feeling humiliated.If you’re still cleaning then say it nicely, what’s the need to shout in my face. I always take takeout so i don’t understand how i could’ve possibly offended her but because of this humiliating experience i don’t think ill be getting food from this mcd ever again. Also, this incident happened about a week ago and i initially didn’t want to write such a review but looking back on the way your employees treat their customers, i just decided to put it out here in case anyone else also relates to...

I would like to say that McDonald's has always held a special place in my heart however this specific outlet has disappointed me beyond belief. Sharing my incidents, I came here one day and ordered a mc veggie meal (takeaway) and had added an extra peri peri spice for an additional 25rs. When I had received my order I checked to make sure that everything was included.. however I found out that they had not given me my peri peri spice and my drink which I had already paid for. I had to wait for another 10 mins to get my items. On another day I had come here once again to get a mcflurry. After paying at the counter, they had not given me the appropriate amount of change. Even after receiving the mcflurry they had not given me my money back. They told me to wait for 5 minutes but it actually took them 15 mins to give me my money back. Really disappointed with the service here. The only staff member I found to be exceptional at his job was the mc cafe employee who works...

Went to this outlet at 11:39 am today. Not a single customer in the store. Went to the counter to place an order, girl at the counter says the store is not ready yet...will take another 1 hour to open as there is no water (finding it difficult to believe as Domino's in the same complex was ready for service)

Told her that I'll take a seat and wait for them to get ready, to which she said that i can't even seat in the store and cleaning of the store is pending because of no water, which did not seem the case as the store seemed clean.

Also, till I reached the counter, this girl was busy chit chatting and giggling with another male employee of the store.

Something definitely not going right at this store. McDonald's needs to ensure that it cannot let young, immature and amateur rookies be it's face at an outlet and empower them to take such decisions...
