Mithas — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Recently, I purchased a handmade chocolate box from the Mithaas Pimple Saudagar and gifted it my nephew and today my brother called and told me that the chocolates has small worms and its in bad condition. It’s absolutely disgusting and raises serious questions about the hygiene standards at this shop. Finding worms in what is supposed to be a sweet treat is beyond unacceptable. This kind of negligence shows a complete lack of care for customers’ health and safety. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Bought Gur Talshash Sandesh on 26th March. Surely the sweets were not current and got bad smell while consuming. They were quite high priced but pathetic and unfortunately were offered to the guests.

The shop must be ashamed in selling such sweets without hesitating, without checking quality but keeping them to sell and making customers feel further ashamed in front of guests. One more thing, they never tasted like Gur Sandesh. As a Bengali we never fail to understhand the real taste of Gur. So anyway you fail to make such sweets. We still buy because we don't have much options nearby and based on some past experiences of your quality which was decent.

Good place to buy a variety of sweets, mixtures etc . I visited after not finding a non-silver foil sweets in another shop. And they had multiple options in non-silver foil, that was great. Improvement needed in - Friendliness with customers Controlling flies Understanding customer queries, e.g., when I asked which of these two sweet items are less sweet. Update, after a month: During my next visit, I found many flies inside the sweets cabinets, this is a serious issues, at many such places. The bigger problem is they don't have any measure to get rid of the flies. Reducing my rating...
