Our recent visit to The Irish House at Phoenix Mall of the Millennium was nothing short of a letdown. We had a reservation for 9:30 PM, but since we arrived a bit early, we called ahead to check if it was alright to come sooner. The staff on the phone assured us it was fine. However, upon arriving and placing our drink order, we were rudely questioned and almost interrogated about why we came early ā as if we had committed some crime.
To make matters worse, we were asked to prove that we had called. The entire ordeal was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. If this is how paying customers are treated for being punctual, I canāt imagine how they treat walk-ins.
The staff was cold, unwelcoming, and borderline hostile, constantly glancing at our table like we were unwelcome guests. The vibe was uncomfortable throughout. We had come to celebrate a special occasion, and this kind of treatment ruined the mood completely.
The food was strictly average, nothing that justifies the steep pricing. Honestly, the only thing going for this place is its ambience ā which doesnāt compensate for the lack of hospitality and mediocre food.
This place seems to rely heavily on its dĆ©cor and location to draw people in, but forgets the most basic part of hospitality ā making your guests feel welcome.
Definitely not going back. Highly overpriced and deeply...

I had Bira 91 White (wheat beer) that was less bitter & citrusy. Bira 91 blonde is more bitter on the bitterness scale.
Visit 2 (Phoenix Mall, Viman-nagar): I had beer-braised chicken thighs with B1G1 margaritas, and it turned out to be quite expensive. The food was okay, but their drinks were exceptionally fresh and enjoyable. The female staff member who assisted me appeared irritable and unprofessional. The interaction with their team leader felt more like an interrogation than customer service, asking an excessive number of probing questions. This made me uncomfortable and negatively impacted my experience.
Visit 3 (Phoenix Milennium Mall):
They mistakenly served me 500ml instead of 330ml, and only gave me a taste of one other beer after I asked. The service was worse than before, and it was difficult to talk because of...

Located on the 3rd floor of the mall this place has loud music , decent lounge type vibes .
Irish , European , Italian , Mediterranean inspired food on the menu . Decent collection of hard liquor and limited beers , some interesting cocktails .
Looking at the menu , one can visualise what is being ordered and what to expect finally , but it was a let down for one of the preparations for me ( Green olives were not served along with the PITA PAN ) .
Full points for serving the food warm , chilled glasses before the pour and draught beers with proper carbonation .
Food portion sizes appeared to me smaller compared to the cost and it's not value preposition .
No toilet inside the premises and you have to use the common toilet of the mall .
There is a smoker cabin available inside the property .
Visiting this place during happy hours makes sense else it is a ripoff . Two small and one medium veg appetizer portions with 2.5L of domestic beer will have a bite of five grands in...
