A thorough review:

Taste is good but thats pretty much it, all other aspects lacking. They seem to make enough money to not worry about keeping up on other bits.

Guys who stand outside to help with parking are more busy with their mobiles then helping customers. I once asked for help to look around so i don't hit another car parked very close and without even eye contact he said do it yourself!

The ambience inside is similar to an ice cream factory - humid, noisy and crowded at night. Even the machines lie uncovered on loft and open in sights and gives you shrills if you're sitting on a table closest to it.

The prices have just been upped which now makes it even less value for money, as their flagship faluda goes up from ₹80 to ₹100, that's a 20% price increase! A small glass of rose faluda for ₹100 is way overcharged!

During peak hours, they are adamant not serving in cars which is less maintenance and cleaning for them, still they refuse even if it means their customers have to wait outside on the road for long. Many just leave, looking at queue but they couldn't care less. The reason I got from one of the guys is that it's inconvenient to collect glasses back! Really?.... they have an army of young lads to help out during busy hours. May be this is one of the downside of operating a full scale ice cream parlour in a residential complex. I'm guessing it must be nightmare for neighbours.

Parking is always an issue if you go in car. Be ready to sort it out yourself and park far during peak hours.

Tables and chairs looks dated. Some table top glasses are dented, chipped and scratched but still seems to be good enough for the owners. Some of them even after being cleaned are sticky and dirty. But seems we should consider that as normal.

My main grief is the huge price hike they've made to their line of products. Feels...

I have visited this place more than 15 times and 95% of the time i found this place is full occupied and there are people on the waiting list.
