My recent visit to this hotel left me utterly disappointed, and I cannot express my dissatisfaction strongly enough. The combination of terrible staff behavior and abysmal food quality has made this place one of the worst dining experiences I have ever encountered.
The staff's behavior was downright appalling. From the moment I stepped in, their lack of courtesy and professionalism was evident. It's disheartening when the people responsible for providing a service are so indifferent and unfriendly.
Now, let's talk about the food – or rather, the lack of any semblance of quality. The dishes were not only tasteless but seemed to lack any effort or care in their preparation. It's astonishing that they have the audacity to charge such exorbitant prices for what can only be described as subpar cuisine. The price-to-quality ratio is completely skewed, making it an absolute rip-off.
To add insult to injury, the overall ambiance and atmosphere did nothing to salvage the experience. The restaurant seems to be living in its own bubble of mediocrity, completely disconnected from the expectations of its patrons.
This place, without a doubt, holds the record for the worst restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I would rate it zero stars if possible, but the system obliges me to give it at least one star – a generosity I believe it doesn't deserve. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this...

"Disastrous Dining Experience"
I had the misfortune of dining at this hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience - for all the wrong reasons. The food was shockingly bad. My bread ( bhakri) was not cooked to the point of being inedible, and i was looking for chicken pieces in Tupatale chicken plate. I wouldn't serve this food to my worst enemy.
"Service to Forget" The service at this hotel was abysmal. It took an eternity to get our orders taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was clear that no one cared about our satisfaction. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, and when we tried to address our concerns, they brushed us off. It was as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. We left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. This hotel needs a serious overhaul when it comes to service quality.
Not at all recommended. If you are hungry, please eat Vada pav outside this hotel. It is more tasty than any of the menu...

Ambiance : it's a good kind of wada style with an old maharaja style place. I liked it, its value for money on ambiance.. Liked it and saw one mango tree with lots of mangos on it.. Some old vibes.. 😎
Service : Quick service as menu is limited to very specific items.. So you will get very quick service with good knowledge to the captain on the menu. So they can suggest you some items based on your request.
Food : main thing here is old style gavran Maharashtra taste.. If you are expecting some punjabi taste it's best to avoid this restaurant..
So we have ordered gavran chicken masala.. It was absolutely best in taste.. It's semi thik gravy.. Superb in taste.. Also ordered paneer khima it was spicy and unique in taste(not a punjabi taste).. Main thing is wheat roti (tava chapati) was hot and smooth.. You just can't go wrong with it.. Any gravy will taste superb..
Masala papad was good 👍, jira rice was good with fresh coriander taste in it.
Overall best place for gavran chicken and mutton... Just give a try if you are...
