My stay at Arya Regency was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff out there is not at all helpful. They don’t really care on how to behave with premium customers so that they keep coming to the hotel. My only reason for visiting this hotel was good staff which they had. Now old people have left leaving behind a bunch of idiots who change the hotel rules in every 10 minutes as if we have visited the hotel for the first time. I stayed for 2 weeks and lastly had to extend it for a day. These guys will keep calling you n number of times as if you are running with their money. That too a day’s money was unpaid. P.s I was living in their suite room. The manager appears to be a headless chicken who apparently changes his POV based on what the staff members will say and will keep changing the rules. Not gonna visit this hotel. RIP hospitality for old customers.

THE OWNER really needs to work on their staff attitude. Make sure they learn the rules by heart and not change it after every 10 mins...
