On 2nd Jan, l bought a bluetooth headphone in Reliance digital stores at Hinjewadi. The piece did not work and I came back the next day to the stores and was provided with a free replacement of the same brand and model and that also did not work and I came back on 5th Jan to see if I can get a working piece. There was no other piece available, the staff asked me to buy another brand and pay the difference. I bought Philips headphone and paid the difference. Unfortunately, this new headphone also did not work and I came back to the stores on 9th Jan (as I was travelling in between) and I insisted on getting a replacement Philips headphone that can be tested at the stores itself. The staff took two other headphones of the same model and brand and both of them did not either charge or did not start. The staff requested me to come back the next day so that they can get me a working piece by that time. I finally came back on 10th Jan to the stores and one of the staff apparently went to Philips service centre to get ready one piece. However, the piece that I was handed over finally had only one side working (right ear side) and the left still is not working even after a full charge
What a pathetic experience I sent the above message through e Mail to RD customer service with the following demands I need a free replacement of a ‘working Philips’ headphone I need full refund if the above is not possible I also expect proper communication from your side

So we could not even replace it as they say it would take 3 days , we had made the huge mistake of even trusting this people to be courteous but no , it took 15 mins to select our 3 appliances and they took 2 hours to even get the quotation that too wrong at the billing , they told about 5 year warranty of gas stove glass but when we got the actual product it was only 2 years , we even had to bloody give the chai-pani to delivery guys who had given dented fridge which could only be seen if we could open the box which happens with installation team. Even they were confused why the dent happened and we had to accept the product and there is no clear well written recipient of warranty they got paid for buy us. Only thieves this store is , btw they are selling products much higher priced than others yet pathetic service and product delivery. Looters only looters , frustating to be dealt with this store as our urgency costed us as we can't wait for their bloody mistakes and shameless people would only provide replacement after 2-3 days for the issue they have created and no guarantee if they can even give proper product next time so we had to accept for our 5 month old baby otherwise we can't wait for a single day to get fridge taken back and replaced. Read moreDon't listen to sales guy. He will sale you something which give more profit to the company. Don't go for ResQ extended warranty as it is useless don't waste your money. I have taken 6 years of extended warranty on my fridge and the fridge stops cooling in after a year and now from last 4 days they are not responding. I recommend better to buy warranty directly from the brand.
their minimum response time is 72 hrs. which is crossed we have raised complain but no-one cares so they just want to eat extra money with the name of extended ResQ warranty plan.
just to update my review here. I have sent mail to the given address and called multiple times on your customer support. i have raised request on your ResQ app. so Do i need to contact anyone from the management group of Reliance?
