The Worst Holi Party Experience Ever!

This was by far the worst Holi party I have ever attended. Honestly, it was a complete scam, and I deeply regret paying for this experience. Also attaching their posters, what they promised and what we got.

Entry Fee – Money for Nothing I’ve been to countless Holi parties where the entry pass covers everything, including free colors. But not here! The organizers were literally selling color packets inside for ₹200 each, which we can buy for ₹20 outside. What exactly did we pay the entry fee for? This was a major rip-off and not mentioned on their posters or on social media.

Management – Terrible! The management was a joke. The speakers they used were of the worst quality I’ve ever encountered. I swear, the speakers at my home are of better quality, and even the ones at my society's Holi celebration were leagues better than this! They promised a rain dance, but what we got was nothing like that. It was more of a "water leak" dance—water dripping from a few places, barely enough for 5-6 people to stand under. It was chaotic, with people pushing and shoving to get in. If that’s how you define a rain dance, then I’m at a loss for words.

Food, Drinks & Water – Overpriced Yes, food, drinks, and water were ridiculously overpriced (4x the cost). But I can at least accept that to some extent. What I can’t accept is being charged for colors when the event was supposed to be all-inclusive.

Safety Concerns – No Bouncers! There were about 4,000-5,000 people at this event, and there wasn’t a single bouncer in sight for safety. Boys were teasing girls, pushing and touching them intentionally, and there was no one around to keep things in check. The organizer was so focused on maximizing profit that he neglected the safety of the guests, especially the women. It was disgusting.

Now, let’s talk about the misleading claims they made: Organic Colors – ₹200 per packet (which costs ₹20-₹40 outside). Complete rip-off.

Swimming Pool – One of the organizers staff blocking swimming pool entry there told us it was extra paid. Seriously?

Rain Dance – There was no rain dance, just a weak drip of water. It was a joke.

DJ Line-up – The speakers were so bad, it was almost embarrassing.

Dhol – Never saw one.

Belly Dancer – Still waiting for that belly dancer… Not sure if they even had one or if it was just a 15-minute segment hidden somewhere during the 6-8 hours.

Ratings: Colors – 0/5 (not available for free) Rain Dance – 1/5 (couldn’t even call it that) Swimming Pool – 1/5 (extra paid) DJ – 1/5 (worst quality speakers) Dhol – 0/5 (didn't see one) Belly Dancer – 0/5 (still waiting) Bouncers – 1/5 (focused more on protecting the vendors) Good Points:

Mismanagement – 5/5 Unsafe – 5/5 Scam – 10/5 Worst Service – 10/5 Worst Quality – 10/5

Conclusion: This was not a fun Holi experience at all. It was nothing more than a scam and an utter disappointment. Honestly, even my society's Holi celebration was a hundred times better than this! I highly recommend avoiding this event...

I rarely write reviews, but after my recent experience at Teera, I felt compelled to share the ordeal so others can make an informed decision before dining here.

First and foremost, I waited over two hours for my food. Yes, two full hours. No updates, no apologies, no sense of urgency from the staff. I understand that restaurants can get busy, especially during peak hours, but this level of delay without any communication or compensation is simply unacceptable. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff throughout the experience. Not only were they unapologetic, but they were also shockingly rude when approached. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them just by asking about the status of my meal.

When the food finally did arrive, any lingering hope I had was immediately dashed. The quality was absolutely terrible. The dishes were cold, poorly seasoned, and clearly thrown together in haste. It tasted like something that had been sitting around for ages, not freshly prepared. One item was so bad I couldn’t even bring myself to eat more than a bite. It genuinely made me wonder how a place with this level of service and food quality remains open.

Dining out is meant to be a pleasant experience – a break from the routine where good food and welcoming service go hand-in-hand. Unfortunately, Teera failed on both counts. Waiting that long, only to be met with indifference and awful food, was beyond frustrating. It was disrespectful to my time, my money, and my expectations as a paying customer.

Verdict: I strongly advise against dining at Teera unless they make serious improvements in both their customer service and kitchen standards. There are far better options out there where you’ll be treated with basic courtesy and get food worth what you’re paying for. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences...

Visited this tropical-themed restaurant which is located in the busy areas of wakad, but has a very calm atmosphere surrounded by tons of trees and greenery! This is one of the most unique places you will ever visit!

What we tried?

Food: • Cheese cigar rolls: We started off with this appetizer which is a kind of roll filled with mozzarella cheese! It was perfectly crispy and was served with a spicy dip which was a great combo! The presentation was on point. • Caesar salad- This was a usual salad loaded with a lot of cheese, croutons, and Caesar sauce. Tasted really well! • Paneer Pasanda- For the main course we ordered paneer pasanda along with garlic naan and roti. It had the perfect amount of spice and wasn't oily at all. This was one of my favorite dishes here. The garlic naan and the roti were crispy too! • Thai curry with basil rice: If you're a fan of Thai food and coconut curry then this is for you! The texture and color of the curry were excellent. Even the rice had a hint of basil to it. The combination is perfect. They serve a great quantity here!

Drinks: We ordered a kiwi, fruit punch, and a pina colada mocktail. These were averagely good. But there are other options for cocktails and other hard drinks as well.

Ambience - This is a huge space consisting of 4-5 different kinds of seating areas. This place is known for its floating boat table in the pool. There are other types of seating like a tree house as well! The boat is well-decorated with balloons if you're planning to go on a date! Great music, a dance floor, and a bar are also available here. Chef Biswajit who is an executive chef here promises good hospitality along with the food!

A huge parking space is available as well.

Overall this is a...
