Food Review:

We ordered a tandoori chicken dish, which turned out to be extremely disappointing. The chicken was not properly marinated, and the sauce failed to penetrate, leaving the inside bland and flavorless. It was essentially cooked chicken with no salt or spices—truly a pathetic experience.

We then ordered sautéed vegetables, but what arrived was a soupy dish. After some time, the chef came to our table to understand our requirement and finally served the correct dish. It appeared the lady who took our order did not understand it properly.

When the sautéed vegetables finally arrived, the service was equally poor. The server pinched a cherry tomato so hard that its juice squirted into my eye. Her inability to serve properly was frustrating. To make matters worse, the sautéed vegetables were overwhelmingly sour and the pieces were excessively large.

Overall, this dining experience was abysmal. The poor quality of the food and the inept service left me truly disappointed.

Ambience Review:

The ambience was equally disappointing. Our seating was by a pool in the sweltering month of May, yet there were no fans or any arrangements to cool the environment. It was uncomfortably hot, adding to our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

I had requested the staff to provide a better seat, but my request was completely denied, despite the restaurant not having many guests. I was told that I had to sit where I was seated. This demonstrated a complete lack of care for their customers.

The ambience was pathetic, matching the poor quality of the food and service. Truly a dreadful experience from start to finish. If you seek disappointment, this restaurant is the perfect choice. Otherwise, steer clear and opt for a better...

Turque, an amazing and vibrant experience.

Ambience - It is a unique pool side restaurant with inviting ambience. All credit goes to its exotic pool side set up. Perfect place for a date or hanging out with your family and friends.

Service - Their hospitality and great service is one of the reason that will make you visit this place again. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Service is quick and upto the mark.

Food -

1. Lung Fung Soup - this soup has chinese vegetables and chicken with lemon and chilli pepper. I loved the preparation and presentation. It is also commonly know as Dragon's soup. It was thick and delicious.

2. Bharwan Aloo Anardana - Perfect starter for veggies. As the name suggests, it is potatoes stuffed vegetables and spices and to give it a sweet texture, it had also pomegranate. It looks like veg sushi. It was served with onion and lemon.

3. Nimbu Murgh - This was chef's speciality. Chicken starter perfectly marinated and aptly cooked. It has a tandoor preparation with lemony flavor. It was medium spicy and served in smoky copper jar. Chicken was tender and preparation was scrumptious.

4. Lemon Cheesecake - Tried this dreamy creamy lemon cheesecake. It was delicious and it just melted in mouth. Apt sweetness and lemon curd combination just made it flavorful. Crust was a bit hard but presentation and preparation made it a worth try.

I’ll keep it short. The food was quite good. The service, not so much. Food: Indian- Okayish. Not bad bt nothing that special either. Oriental/Continental- Quite good. I liked the Prawns in Xo sauce and the diced chicken in bean sauce. The thai food(we had veg) was also quite good. I was happy with it. The mocktails were… also decent. Nothing crazy. Not too bad not too good. Service: We were very disappointed. We were there for almost 2 hours and table was hardly managed or arranged properly. No space for spoons and plates, forget dishes. Slow as hell, and this is when there was barely any crowd😭. Staff wasn’t all that attentive. Waiters were slow, inactive, not very responsive. We had to repeat lots of things over and over. Also we were there for a birthday, and one would expect that they’ll atleast clean the table for the cake (you know?) (omg also the table cleaning- why did they just leave one or two plates like?? Just clean the whole table please😭) But no… bottles, napkins(they had taken our plates away so.), glasses, etc. just lying there. And they didn’t even bother removing all that. Forget prompt action, there was barely ANY action😭

I seriously wonder what the problem was. Was it just today? Everyday? Shortage of staff? I’d consider if there was a rush but no….it just seemed lazy and ill trained idk.

Anyway, i would have to say not recommended, especially if you’re going to celebrate something. The lack of care will spoil your...
