Rendezvous Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Mall Road Area

Location wise it's ok but be very careful at the bar, they can fool you with their silly tricks. If you order a drink by ml be careful, they will give you single when you order a double, Mr Ajay Thakur pulled a fast one on me and charged for double. I figured when I ordered the next round when it came in a measurer. Plus the billing was fudged too, they said that they billed some other table by mistake, so they overwrote by hand the actual amount. It's season time so I guess they think they can get away with it. Peanut masala is just onions too. Order something else....

I previously gave this bar and restaurant 3 stars when it was in its old form. Dating back to the time of the British Raj, this restaurant is located at the heart of the mall road which makes it a must visit eating joint every now and then. The place has been recently renovated to be at par with modern bars which makes it an even better attraction. The owner is gem of a person and the bartenders are very experienced. Located in Old Manali it is continental cafe have a great sitting area in open. But here is thing it is overly prized for what it is offering. The taste was 3.5/5, quantity 3/5. Rs. 1900 for 1.5 l Piña Colada, 500 for a bottle of beer don't get me started on food costings. Yes food tastes good out of Falafel, pasta and lasagna, Falafel was best.
