ARROGANT MOST STAFF !! RUDE BEHAVIOR !!!

Me and my 10 friends visited mango tree for a dinner. And the staff was not ready to make seating arrangements for the group. They finally agreed after discussion.

Everytime our table attendant waitress came to us, she was rude, Loud and Arrogant. We ordered a few and told her that we will give more of our orders later, which she clearly heard. When we called her to order more she came and said the kitchen is already closed and we can't order more. We hadn't finished our meal and we were also not informed that the kitchen was getting closed. When we told her that we were not informed and requested to take our order, she rudely disagreed and did not apologize for her behavior and fault. We had a discussion with the order staff around and all we got were lame replies. We asked them to call the manager and everytime they sent some other attendant waitress or waiter. We also had a order pending, that we had ordered before kitchen closing, which was also not given, and they closed the kitchen without that. The staff was still rude to us and was not ready to accept their mistake. After quite a lot discussions they finally apologized, which should have been done the first thing.

This behavior was given to us only because we were youngsters, but they forgot that we are a customer as well.

We had to return with half filled stomach.

The food that we received was okay tasty and did not at all look like what they show in Instagram.

Went there with lot of expectations and returned with a lot of disappointment. Never going...

I stayed at the Loft for 9 days or so and was absolutely ecstatic with the service at Mango Tree Lounge, mainly from Asianstar, the server who always had a smile, was absolute fun to talk to, and who took absolutely amazing care of me. Others were also nice but Asian's smile and warm approach really filled my days and noons and evenings. If you're going there, ask for Asian, she is full of life and always ready to help you out with the place, the food, and everything. I was asking for her every meal that didn't coincide with her duty times, just to get a happy good morning back.

One sad part was they advertise Hookah being available but it wasn't. I am definitely coming again this year and I hope they have it then. And hope Asian's there too.

The breakfast spreads are to die for and they accommodated my mustard-allergy specifics. The ambiance, the blankets in winter, and care they gave was top notch like a luxury place....
