Twist of Taste, what an intriguing name for a restaurant! My recent visit left me with mixed feelings, and here's why:
The ramen with kimchi was undoubtedly a standout dish. It had the perfect balance of flavors, combining the richness of ramen with the zing of kimchi.
If you're a fan of spicy food, this dish is a must-try. However, if spicy isn't your thing, this dish may not be for you. It can bring tears to your eyes, and I wouldn't recommend trying it under peer pressure.
Fortunately, Twist of Taste offers other dishes that are similar but less fiery, catering to a wider range of taste buds. So, if you're not a fan of intense spice, there are alternatives that will still delight your palate.
While the prices may seem a bit on the higher side, I found that the quality and authenticity of the Korean cuisine more than justified the cost.
