#SAVAGE BAR & KITCHEN — Restaurant in Mumbai

🌸 As the word goes this restaurant is #savage in terms of the quality of food they offer, the unorthodoxy which they bring in their drinks and enthusiasm which they creates in surrounding with it's ambience and Dj!

🌸 Savage offers wide variety of food selection starting from finger foods to full portioned meals. The ambience of the restaurant is quite eye-catchy with low lighting setup and offers lounge type and high table seating indoor and tables outdoor as well. All the tables are spread out throughout the area so the restaurant seems quite spacious.

The drinks and the dishes we ordered were-

🌸 WATERMELON SLUSH:- This is patently the best moctail in their list! It consisted of watermelon, lychee and coconut syrup with fresh cut fruits like watermelon, pineapple and orange. The freshness from the mint and lusciousness from watermelon was just a pleasing combo to have! 🌸 #SAVAGE TRIPPY ICE TEA:- It's basically a regular LIIT with added flavors in it. Here white rum, vodka, gin and tequila was infused with cranberry juice, orange liquor and peach syrup. The drink was topped up with cut cucumber bits to give a nice freshness to the drink! 🌸 AJWAIN PRAWNS TIKKA:- Flawlessly cooked succulent prawns were served and were accompanied with mint chutney. The prawns were toothsome having delightful creamy texture with ajwani taste! The mint chutney was fresh and perfect in it's consistency. 🌸 CHICKEN SCHNITZEL:- This dish was the STAR dish of the entire course! Crisp chicken was served with mushroom sauce, tossed veggies and mashed potatoes. The chicken was nice and tender and was crisp throughout, but the principal element of the dish was it's mushroom sauce! The sauce was beautifully rich and jampacked with flavors with precise consistency. The mashed potatoes were delicious too and was perfectly seasoned. Had the misfortune of being to this place for an office party last Friday organised by colleagues recently. Deeply disappointed with the overall experience that we had at this place. Few incidents that I would like to share:

Not able to deliver on what was promised: For a party of 60 people, we had paid for certain brands of alcohol. The brands that ended up being served were cheaper variants of the stuff that we paid for. When the party organizers pointed this out, the bar staff and management were brazen enough to deny ever agreeing on those things. One can imagine the loss of face such things cause - especially in an office party setting.

Rude staff: I firmly believe that a good restaurant can cover up for their below-average food by having staff that are hospitable. Unfortunately, this restaurant fails to live up to that. The manner in which the entire staff (Bar, DJ, Managers) behaved with us convinced us that none of them are fit for the hospitality sector. Special shoutout to the DJ who kept ignoring song requests and insisted on playing his own set which nobody honestly seemed to jive to on the floor. Honestly hope he was practising to play at an EDM concert because he's not getting too many gigs with an attitude that royally ignores song requests in a lounge setting.

Conniving bunch of thieves: As if robbing us of our money in broad daylight wasn't enough, these guys took it a step further. A colleague's spouse had taken the trouble of baking three boxes of cupcakes for all of us. Handed over the boxes to the staff so that they could be served to the guests and voila! One of the boxes had to be written off as tax deducted at source. Neat! (But not ethical)

I think one of my colleagues had a quite apt one-line review of this place. These guys were quite "SAVAGE" in ripping us...

Savage bar and kitchen a newly opened place for all the partying people out there.

Savage bar is cited in midst of juhu having wide spread food and bar menu.

The place is pretty attractive and eye catchy because of its superb decor. ••The place has indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangements. The outdoor seating is vast and it has its own bar as well.

The indoor lounge is having great atmosphere and has Dj playing in background.

Taking about the food , We tried their moctails , starters and few mains!

Mocktails is something I’m skeptical about as it’s almost same everywhere but this one was just more than what I expected

#Granng smith and watermelon slush is something you should definitely try as they are completely refreshing and full of deliciousness!

In Starters , don’t even skip on their prawns tandoori and crunchy lollipop !

Do try their biryanis it’s something more than what we expected it to be.

The pizza here is absolutely amazing! No words for it! It’s something you try and experience one of the best pizzas served at lounges.

Juhu got a add on by savage bar for partying people ! Their are WC offers going on as well.

Overall it’s a great place for late night parties and having dinner...
