i come to this starbucks often, it’s like my comfort zone. i feel i can stay the whole day over here and all the staff keeps my food and drink needs satisfied. The place is always clean and managed so well. the bathroom always smells fresh and clean and soft music is always playing to help people study and have have fun here. the place is huge and after it was renovated, it’s very aesthetic place and the food and drinks are great! today i bad coffee tasting with jenufar, and it would be a understatement to say it went great. i had a lot of fun and i learnt so much about coffee beans and how they are made. i love coffee and it really peaks my interest and makes me want to buy all the coffee beans possible. the coffees were something i haven’t tasted before and she helped me see what i like and what i don’t that much. i’ve tasted a lot of drinks and all the different types of food here and i love all of it. Service is impeccable! all the staff have been really nice to me and i got to know jenufar today and she was also really nice and active with my interest! okay so i visited starbucks vile parle west recently and trust me i got elated by the customer experience they provide. Overall the ambience and the vibe of the place is too good for somebody to sip coffee and interact with people and with oneself. Specifically there is one employee/barista who tool my order his name is amaan, he’s just a bliss to the field of customer service and he maintains that legacy of providing starbucks customers with the best experience. coming from delhi these are my initial days in mumbai, but this guy takes all of my stress away. From taking orders in the most humble way possible to crafting a perfectionist level drinks for me, i have been coming from past three consecutive days here and trust as much as i like coffee i like this guy’s attitude and passion towards customer experience, also trust me this review is not biased.
