Extremely disappointed with the Mahavir Nagar branch.What started off as one of the good outlets of this brand has now become the worst I’ve visited. I went for dinner yesterday (on Shravan Somvar) and specifically ordered Dahi Bhindi Capsicum (Swaminarayan, i.e. no onion/no garlic). The sabzi came without a trace of dahi. When I informed the server (Praveen), he arrogantly replied, “4 saal se yahi kaam kar raha hoon, upar se dahi daalte hain” and simply got the same sabzi with a layer of dahi thrown on top. It was unacceptable.Even the salad served had onions, and when I asked for a change, he casually said, “Kanda to ayega,” leaving me to remove it myself. I trusted this brand for its purity and quality even in Bangkok and Pattaya especially during religious days when I observe Ektana. But this experience broke my trust.I know one review won’t make a difference, but you’ve lost a loyal customer today. I had heard a lot but it was a complete disaster. When I entered I saw that the kitchen door was near the entrance Luckily I saw that it was dirty and messy. We sat at a table and the table was dirty, sticky and not organised. We ordered our thali to the waiter (he looked unclean and unhygienic) yet I dared to sit. We waited for 8-10 minutes no one came to serve us, the pickle box was on the table not presentable, the jars were not clean plus the box had pickle on the bottom and it was sticky, which means disaster. We asked the waiter twice and thrice but no activity they were busy talking among themselves. Finally, I left the table without eating anything and never went back there. Highly not recommended for the Testy food. There is no option for a zero star, so that’s why I have to compulsory.
