The experience with this place has been horrible.Had ordered food delivery.Had ordered one Jain Subzi and one Non Jain subzi.Specifications were mentioned very clearly.After an hour or so received the order.The delay was still understandable.But when I opened the order there was no Jain food.Instead they have given me both sabzi in Non Jain.That was not all.The other sabzi which was Dum Aloo Kashmiri which is supposed to be on a sweeter side was spicy. This frustrated me even more.So I called up the restaurant and the Manager was like my chef must have made a mistake.He asked me if I could visit them and get the subzi which was supposed to be Jain replaced.Firstly it was a Home Delivery and when its a mistake on the path of the restaurant they cant expect the person to go to the Hotel and get it corrected. The food was good, but the customer service can be better. I ordered paneer tikka biryani but received paneer tikka sabji instead, which arrived after 30 mins. Upon calling the restaurant, the staff member was polite and acknowledged the mistake. He asked me to keep the sabji and assured me that the biryani would be sent immediately. However, the replacement biryani took another 40 minutes to arrive, even though the restaurant is close to my home.

To make matters worse, the delivery person asked to take back the sabji. It’s not about wanting free food—it’s about being considerate enough to compensate for such a delay and inconvenience. Nice place .. sufficient tables.. staff is friendly and hospitality with no match.. food quality is awesome.. parking area is not there but, vehicles can be parked outside hotel . . Expect a lot of rush and waiting during weekends..also this the 3rd branch within Kandivali itself.
