A Very Disappointing Experience – Ruined a Special Day
We visited this restaurant for the first time on the occasion of my parents’ anniversary, hoping to enjoy a good meal and celebrate together. Unfortunately, what we experienced was far from what we expected—and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We ended up paying ₹1200 and left feeling like we hadn’t eaten anything worthwhile. Right from the start, things went wrong. We wanted to order a variety of starters of our choice, but the waiter kept insisting—despite us saying no twice—that we try the Hyderabadi Balls, claiming they had paneer inside. Trusting his word, we agreed, only to receive the dish 30 minutes later—without a single piece of paneer. We hadn’t even ordered cheese balls, yet that’s what we were served.
Nothing was served on time. The first dish, pav bhaji, came after 20 minutes and was loaded with salt. We had to request a replacement, which thankfully they agreed to. Then came the vegetable pizza, which turned out to be just a bare bread base—no proper veggies, barely any cheese, not even cut properly. It wasn’t crispy and tasted like it was carelessly put together. We even had to ask the waiter to come back and cut the pizza pieces properly.
Every single item we ordered had some issue—either with the taste, the quality, or the service. It felt like the staff had no idea how to take or serve an order. The waiters were untrained and inattentive. Not once did we feel taken care of.
The worst part? When we brought all this to light at the billing counter, neither the manager nor the owner said a word of apology. No concern, no empathy—just a robotic transaction as if all that mattered to them was money.
Our precious evening, meant for celebration, was completely ruined. We had plans to go for a movie afterward but were so upset, we just went home instead.
I have always respected food and never spoken ill of it, but this experience left me with no choice. The food and service were beyond poor—something I wouldn’t opt for even if offered for free.
This review isn’t just a complaint—it’s an honest account from someone who genuinely values food, service, and hospitality. I hope the management takes this seriously because no one deserves to have their special day ruined like this.
Didn’t take a food picture because it was clearly not worth it and yes if you’re not able to handle so many customers at the restaurant shut it rather than giving the most poor service ever, attaching the bill right now on 22nd May itself so y’all are aware it’s a genuine real...

Since then it has spread its outlets in mumbai. This outlet is newly opened outlet at mulund west. Ambience of this place is simple and attractive. This place is properly lighted as well. Food:- Manchow Soup:- Ordered this for a change. Taste was good and spicy but bit saltier. It was served piping hot.
Paneer Tikka Dry:- This was made to perfection and paneer were soft as well tasting really good.
Spl. Thali:- This is definately must have atleast once at this place. All thali are failed against this one. Thali serving 3 Roti, 3 sabji- karari Bhindi, paneer and vegetable, 1Farsan, Rabdi, Chaas, Raita, papad, Dal Tadka and Jeera Rice/pulao. Roti served here is messed with lots of Butter and roti is made soft and really amazing. Karari Bhindi is something i will prefer to eat in restuarant only at bhagat tarachand. Rabdi is being pure delight as it had lots of malai and it was very thick. Chaas is a must here which gives relief after whole meal and chaas here is renound. Dal Tadka a must try as its different den other places. Dal here is topped with fried onions tasting amazing. This thali is heavenly and definately to try. One thing i missed here as i was full is sev tamatar and definately one should try this as well here. Caution:- Its huge so only huge appetite people alone can complete it.
This is the best place to eat authentic Gujarathi food and renound in the town.
Service:- Service was very quick even with tandoor starter and server on its toes to serve. Thumbs up for their service as well but food is just mesmering.
Definately to visit again and again...
