I purchased a cake on 13-01-2025 from the sher- e- Punjab, Andheri East shop at 9:30 pm , for a friend's birthday. Firstly, the vendor/ shopkeeper didn't give a receipt/ bill for the purchase. On top of it, within 10 minutes of consumption of the cake ( even in small amounts). All three of the people who ate the cake started feeling physical discomfort and then eventually vomiting. God knows how stale and old the cake was. None of their contact numbers on Google work. Some do not exist, some are unreachable and some are even wrong numbers. Truly a horrible experience with Birdy's. We likely didn’t spend much on the cake, but ended up spending more on medicines to deal with the discomfort it caused.

The Caffè Mocha was a standout, with its rich and indulgent flavor—a true treat for the senses. The ambience was warm and inviting, creating a perfectly relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It felt like the ideal place to unwind. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, making my visit all the more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a terrible experience with this Bridy’s outlet at Andheri East. Travelled all the way from Borivali to place an order for my sons first holy communion cake which was taken by Suman. The cake delivered on 23rd Jan was to have fondant on it. However, the fondant was of inferior quality and was just so sticky that one could not even cut the cake. So disappointed as I had specifically paid 1800 rupees per kg for this cake and this was for a special occasion. I had also informed Suman to get this right. The store manager Aniket , kindly look in to this ASAP. Staff are not aware of the service and quality that needs to be vetted to customers and am disappointed with the brand “Birdys”… not going to purchase or place an order from them at least in the near future…
