I went to their shop at Prabhadevi on 8th Oct 2024 & opted for ‎Ferrero Rocher cake costing Rs.900. The person behind the counter told me that I would get 10% discount if I share my mobile number. I shared the same & he gave me Rs.90 discount for the same. I paid him Rs.810/- on the mobile number he shared with me through GPay. He told me that I will receive a receipt for the same through WhatsApp. (I am still awaiting for the same.). He was reluctant to share paper receipts to other customers too. There was no price tag on the cake & on the menu it was showing for Rs.750/- on Zomato & on their menu too when I checked it later. (It is still showing for Rs.762.71 on Birdys Prabhadevi site page today.) So, Was I cheated & still wondering what was the actual cost...
