Worst service ever

We ordered a 3tier cake weighing 5kg for a wedding reception, however, when we reached the venue the cake was leaning on one side, we called birdys and spoke with Jyoti, my only question to her is how many supports do you'll put in a 3tier cake, she said I don't know, will ask the Chef. I asked, how can you put only 1supprt for a 3tier cake, she replies stating that the cake was intact when we handed it over to you and avoided the question, later she said we have raised a complaint, someone will call you tomorrow, I receive a whatsapp message from Vandana, who asks is it a good time to call, I said Yes, then she's like I'm traveling can we connect tomorrow, (I was surprised to the importance you give to a client whose wedding cake was ruined) I said ok, next day I waited till 7 no call or message, I messaged her and she called, and she asked me where did you keep the cake, I said I held it on my lap, she's like, no mam, you should have kept it on the seat, told her the seats of a car are on a slant, how would it be fine? to which she said, you have to keep it below the front seat. I told her how you expect your clients to know that, if that's the case, why you didn't advise it when we collected the cake. All in all, they will ruin your big day and then put the blame on you. Extremely disappointed, never ever will buy from them, or advise anyone else. It's sad that after ruining a wedding, they will not accept...

Ordered the Kesar Pista Cheesecake from Birdy’s, Bandra — and it was an absolute treat! and a Must Try for all. I had contacted Tejas from Birdy's Bandra for the order, and he ensured me to not worry about the quality and he assured/guaranteed me that i would like the cake, the cake was fresh and ready exactly on time even 2 min early delivery. The cheesecake had a rich, creamy texture and was perfectly balanced in sweetness — not too much, just right. The flavors of saffron (kesar) and pistachio came through beautifully, making it a delightful fusion of traditional and modern tastes.

Birdy's has a great variety of treats for everyone. The Lotus Biscoff Slice was creamy and crunchy, with a yummy Biscoff flavor. The Plum Loaf and Date and Walnut Tea Cake were soft, tasty, and perfect for tea-time. If you love chocolate, the Dark Chocolate Chunks Cookies and New York Chocolate Pastry were rich and delicious.
