Birdy's Bakery & Patisserie — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hi...Namaskar!! I am your regular customer. I had a strange experience at your shop located at Veera Desai Road.After purchasing few items ,I gave my mobile no,I asked for redemption of my points and was shocked when your counter staff refused to do it stating that she won't do it as she does not know how to do it and further told me only managers are having authority to do it ,then I requested her to talk to manager concern and do the needful,which she flatly refused and told me that she does not want to learn that and refused to give customer care number.When I asked for the contact details/card,she rudely told me that she will not give it to me! Further she told me it's not her shop..I was completely surprised by her attitude. Once upon a time it was part of Tata group of companies where in customer care was most important ..does it mean now new management does not care for customers ? The product is not at all upto the mark. I have this 2nd bitter experience with this brand having store on Jeevan Nagar- Andheri West Branch, y'day i bought a chocolate truffle cake of 1 kg, for a small gathering, but when the cake was cut with the knife provided by the store- the knife broke because the cake was too hard to cut. It was like the cake was frozen or kept refrigerated for much longer period. It had no softness. I will never buy or try it...
