Blossom The Fusion Spot (Ghatkopar) — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited this new joint of Blossom in R Odeon Mall last week.

I was quite happy visiting this place.

Loved the food. Service is good.

Not that small. It’s better to visit this outlet, sit in AC comfortably than eating outside on streets at it’s other outlet.

Ambience is like all other Blossom outlets which has water bottles and tissue box printed with movie dialogues.

Let’s talk about food now.

I like their concept of serving half quantity of their dishes. Certain dishes one can order in half quantity so that even when only two people are visiting, one can try multiple varieties. Like we had two starters instead of one and got to taste two different dishes at almost price of one. Even Sizzler we had in half quantity which sorted our hunger needs and helped us avoid wastage of food as well.

We had: Egyptian Molokheya Soup / Green Soup Red Rounds (half) Chinese Chat (half) Cheese Burst Roasted Papad Mini Veg Spaghetti Sizzler (half) Black Devil drink

We loved the green soup. It’s spinach (palak) based soup and it’s like fusion of thai green curry. Highly recommended.

Red Rounds is crunchy cheese corn balls tossed in spicy arrabbiata & special chinese sauce. This tasted so yummy.

Chinese Chat is like chinese pani puri which is filled with corn, paneer, salad & chinese sauce. We liked it but it has to be consumed very fast. I think they should serve puris filled with stuffing & sauce separately so that one can enjoy the taste & eat.

Cheese Burst Roasted Papad concept we heard here for the first time & enjoyed eating it too. Either the papad size should have been larger for the prize they charge or may be the price should be little less for this one.

Veg Sizzler was good too. Best part of it was we could order half quantity.

Loved the Black Devil Drink blossom drink as well. Mix of black grapes, litchi & vanila ice cream good...

Blossom - The Fusion Spot. They have two outlets in ghatkopar East and other in different locations. We have visited in ghatkopar East, R odeon, 1st floor.

Good place to go with friends and family. Very good ambience. Staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. As they have named Fusion Spot - they really give Fusion verity of food . We have ordered green soup, chess burst rosted papad, C chat and R R starter, spaghetti sizzler, black devil drink. Green soup was spinach based with veggies. Chess rosted papad was two layers of papad and in between chess with finely chopped veggies. C chat and R R was combo of two starters Spaghetti sizzler was veggies , cutlet, fries, with spaghetti, They have mini sizzler too. Black devil was made of black grapes and lichi. All food was suggested by owners. I must say all were too Yammmyyyyyyyyyyy.

Terrible Experience – Misleading Menu and Rude Customer Service We recently ordered from Blossom food packets for our trip based on their menu, which clearly mentioned options for both regular and Jain food. However, after placing the order, we were told that all meals would be Jain – no exceptions. When we questioned this discrepancy, the lady we spoke with casually admitted that the menu just says that “for the sake of it” and that they only provide Jain food packets.

To make things worse, she was extremely rude and dismissive, even telling us to cancel the order if we weren’t happy – and that they didn’t care. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable attitude.

If you're expecting what’s advertised, think again. Very disappointing and not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this...
