Recently visited this outlet of Boba Bhai in Orlem. Boba Bhai can be a good hangout spot for friends to grab a quick bite, but they need to take efforts to maintain their outlet. Their burgers and drinks are good, no doubt! They're available on Zomato too with great discounts. The items on the menu are reasonably priced. Usually I used to order food online from here, but after visiting this place I need to mention a few things. Firstly, the place is really dirty with food spilled on the floor and unclean tables. Yes, the place inside had food dropped on the floor and it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned for days. There were mosquitoes, moths and other insects casually roaming inside. Secondly, there was no point in sitting inside as the AC wasn't even working, it was too hot inside & we couldn't even sit outside because it was raining. The floor was really dirty and seeing so many mosquitoes inside was not good. Hygiene needs to be maintained. I started having thoughts if the kitchen was clean while the food was being prepared. Thirdly, the service time could be improved, the wait time was much longer than expected. There could be good music playing in the background but that was missing here! It really has the potential to be a happening hangout spot for friends. Otherwise, the place is a good place! The food was great, the chicken cheese corndog is newly added on the menu and it was good but didn't feel cheesy. The burgers were great, definitely recommended. Good place. We dropped by Boba Bhai for a quick refreshment and were pleasantly surprised by the creativity in their drinks.

The Mint Mojito with Watermelon Popping Boba was a standout. The fresh minty base was cool and zesty, but it was the watermelon-flavoured popping bubbles that truly brought the drink to life — adding a fun, juicy burst with every sip. A refreshing twist that made it feel both familiar and exciting.

We also tried the Japanese Matcha Bubble Tea, which had a smooth, earthy flavor — ideal for those who enjoy the distinct taste of matcha. It was well-balanced and not overly sweet, making it a great contrast to the fruity mojito.

The café itself has a relaxed and cozy vibe with comfortable seating that invites you to linger. The only minor drawback was the service, which could have been a bit quicker — but the friendly staff and quality of the drinks more than made up for it.

Placed order sometime ago from boba bhai Malad branch. And this was definitely not the first time.. the way it was delivered was worst than a road side vendor which was not even edible. Upon sharing pictures and feedback. Manager mubarak called me and told me that it happened by new guy and do not consume the food will replace the food. It was already 6 in the morning when I just wanted to simple eat n sleep after tiring day at work.. but boba bhai had different plan all together. I was told by mubarak that order is ready and will leave the store in 5 mins but unfortunately again his staff lied to him and did not tell me the right thing. I was clearly toldafter 25 mins of waiting that it will take more 25 to 30 mins.I have given my address to that person I dnt feel safe regarding that too since I am complaining. U should train ur staff well or else we can easily have 20 rupees samosa in a nicer way den having good from ur outlet. Most disgusting and pathetic...
