Hotel Nirvana Suite And Party Hall — Hotel in Mumbai

I stayed at this property in May 2022 for 1 night, the following is my experience||Positives||- Room was spacious and clean, there was enough space to keep luggage and also good space in drawers n cabinets||- Bathroom was clean and well maintained. ||- Location of the property is on the link road, which is very convenient||- Only helpful staff is the security guard||Negatives||- there is no board with the name "nirvana suites and party hall' just a small placard showing "Treebo" so it makes difficult to locate the place till you are right outside it||- AC remote wasn’t working so had to use main switch every time||- Half of the hooks of the curtains were broken so it seemed liked the curtains will fall of any minute||- 1 of the drawers in the wardrobe was broken. There was a lot of dust inside the wardrobe||- Living area outside the room was spacious, but it had broken chairs and a foul smell coming from one of other the rooms. I noticed this room was being used by staff to sleep and for keeping catering equipment||- There were twin beds joined together with a gap of 5/6 inches in between. Only 1 blanket was kept on the bed which wasn’t comfortable for 2 persons to share.||- Extra mattress was given, but pillow was soiled and without cover and no blanket provided at first. After requesting in the afternoon, no blanket was provided till 11pm. Finally given at 11.30 pm||- Water bottles were not given till we followed up, finally give at 11.30 pm||- 1 attendant was available on day of check in but he was clearly not a trained person||- There was no response on the reception number in the morning hours ( from 7 am onwards). Thankfully we didn’t have any emergency or need anything in the night time, but if there is an emergency I’m pretty sure there will be no one to help. ||- One of our members is a senior citizen and needed tea early, so we kept calling but got no response on reception line, then had to go down physically to request for tea. Even after that service was very slow and no proper response / promptness shown||- We were told tea / breakfast will be available from 8 am. We finally got tea at 8.45. Tea was served in open cups it wasn’t hot n cups weren’t clean. Stains of earlier tea were seen on the outside of the cups||- When we asked for breakfast there was no proper time given about when it will be served. Since we had to leave we called for own breakfast from outside. When we asked for plates n spoons only 2 plates 1 spoon n 1 bowl was given for 3 people||- Before check out the reception lady came to ask if we got breakfast, when we told her we haven’t got any breakfast and we called for our own breakfast from a nearby restaurant as your service is extremely slow, she had nothing to say..... no apology, no queries nothing..... Further she just walked away, when we tried to give her our feedback||||Overall, apart from the location and cleanliness of the room n bathroom, there is nothing positive about this place. It is certainly not worth INR 3200 for a 1 night stay. The service is one the worst that I have...

I visited Mumbai for my exam and stayed here. I checked in around 8:30 A.M in morning and checkout next day at 11:00 A.M. They charged me 2k for this stay. They don't have any board outside of the building so it's difficult to find. Simplest way to find is search for Hotel Aura, 1 building behind Hotel Aura there is a building name "Manas", that's the hotel.

The rooms were decent, first they had some issue with AC which later got fixed. The bedsheet & blanket was dirty but they changed after request. Washroom was pretty decent and looked clean. They had Idli, Poha & Mendu Vada for breakfast along with Tea.

The staff is friendly, they don't know much about the technical stuff like Wifi and AC but they will do the best to help one out.

Overall good experience, they should put a board outside for ease of direction and also improve the WiFi.

Few things which I didn't like is there is lot of noice if you will open the windows so one will have to keep the windows closed for the entire stay. Also the lock of my door was broken and the only lock working was the upper small lock. They...
