There is no customer care- their mantra seems to be āoh Customer- we absolutely DONāT careā
All the things that you donāt expect from big brands like this one, you must!!!!!!! Do read along to see how they have treated a customer so far!
So here is the thing. I bought very expensive dinner wares from home centre. When the parcel arrived. Some items were missing and three four items were chipped and broken (I am yet to remove them from their bubble wrap casing so I donāt even know the real damage that has occurred). It was a good 7000 INR that was spent trusting their brand. I was asked to write to help@homecentre.in and then I was asked to send the images. Which I have done twice already. In fact because i had not even removed the items from the bubble wrap I actually showed them videos. They havenāt even bothered replying to those emails. So I started a twitter account so that I could actually find some kind of a resolution, but it just seems like some kind of a bot is replying to the tweets about me having to write to help@homecentre.in. Now I have had to come here and write a google review in the hopes that they will actually respond and refund and do right by me. For a big brand such as this one, it is actually truly terrible that they treat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI actually had trouble redeeming my Hdfc card reward programme Home centre voucher online..and a few calls to Customer service of Home centre did not help me, till I got Ms Maheshwari who wanted to help, but couldn't get back to me. Then I spoke to Jagmohan at CS and he really took the time and helped me out completely and patiently right up to connecting me with Mr Pravin Kumar, Store Manager at Home centre, infinity malad. Turned out that my voucher was applicable offline only. Pravin was so helpful in helping me with my online cart products. Locating it in his store and keeping it aside for me. Due to the heavy rain conditions, i couldn't make it there..He helped me with the billing etc and getting my products packed and kept aside. (Ms Hishmat at billing too was helpful)I do hope they have a good festival time ahead with good employee ratings . Such employees are essential for the goodwill of your Company. Keep up the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed with this store and the staff. None of the items are marked with proper prices. A lot of the items are places anywhere and no one knows if itās on sale or not. When you finally reach the checkout they tell you oh sorry this one was not on sale. Saw this happen to multiple customers in front of me as well. When I spoke to the manager he simply said we donāt have any provisions to honour the price you were told or the sign where it was placed. All in all very disappointed with the staff training and the management. Also needed help with an item that was defective they said nothing...
