I had a great experience with them, had booked around 7 rooms, as I was there to attend a function. ||||The Staff ||||Right from the manager Mr. Ankur to other members namely Mr. Aadik, Ms. Bhavika, Mr. Nitin and Mr. Juggal everyone including the support staff were not only courteous and professional in their approach they also were quite helpful they were one of the main reasons that we all had a pleasant stay. I would also like to mention that they accommodated some of our requests and helped us in best possible way. The property has a restaurant attached to it named 29, they food out here is good, although some might find it a bit expensive. The hotel is well maintained and is neat and clean. The rooms are specious and the bathrooms are well maintained. So we were provided with a room where AC was not working, DTH/cable was unable to connect, intercom failed to work and 3 cockroaches in the room.||We ringed the manager for the same but he was too busy to attend petty calls and said that in this discounted price you wouldn't even get a room anywhere. Later after calling them thrice to check on the status of our food, we were abused. Sentences which included '1.You paid for one night and have not bought the hotel.||2. Stop calling and disturbing me as this isn't my duty to constantly hear you complain.||3. My property is of 80cr. You are lucky to have a room at this discounted price.||4.
