Bombay Bayleaf — Restaurant in Mumbai

Few months back I had placed an order from Din Din Chinese and genuinely speaking was pretty impressed by the food. The Bombay bayleaf is another delivery kitchen which serves the food to the patrons from the same house.

Wednesday dinner , got us on to the Bombay Bayleaf. Talking about the packaging it was well packed and delivered intact which resulted into zero amount of spillage and piping hot food. Coming to the delivery , it is good but could have been better as it takes bit of time.

What we ordered ? -•-Chicken tikka masala: Thick and rich gravy having spicy blend to it having soft tender chicken pieces in it was delicious. -•-Chicken tandoor: Placed an order for the half portion and regret not getting myself a full one , loved the juicy chicken which was tandoor to perfection. Tandoori was fresh which resulted into great aroma too. -•-Prawns biryani: Aromatic basmati rice cooked slowly with perfection of spice balance and flavorful spice mix along with generous amount of prawns in it. -•-Paneer Tikka masala: Thought of opting for a single veg option too, well this one was equally good! Chef had done a great job in making this one for real. Loved the spicy masala which went great with butter Naan.

To sum up the experience , it was indeed fabulous and we loved the fact that the prices are charged at a sweet spots which makes it completely value for Money deal.

Bombay Bayleaf is a delivery kitchen located in Veera Desai Area, it delivers delicious North Indian, Mughlai and Labanese food. I had heard alot about this delivery kitchen so i decided to order food from here. I ordered -

Achari Paneer Tikka - Delicious soft paneer cubes perfectly marinated and with the perfect tandoori flavour. An amazing starter to start your meal with.

Hara Bhara Kebab - Another delicious starter. It has kebabs made of peas. I loved the kebabs and the quantity was very good.

Paneer Makhani - Delicious soft paneer cubes tossed in rick gravy. The dish was delicious and the quantity was very good.

Dal Makhani - perfectly cooked lentils, a delicious main course. North Indian food is incomplete with this dal makhani.

Tandoori Roti - the roti was soft and the perfect bread for your meal.

Gulab Jamun - delicious, soft gulab jamun balls. A perfect dessert to end your meal with.

I really enjoyed the food from Bombay Bayleaf, the quantity of the food was very good and the taste was amazing. Would definitely order food...

STARTERS Hara Bhara Kebab - I loved the quality & quantity. It tasted so good 😊

MAINS Paneer Butter Masala - Delicious Dal Makhani - Yummy

ROTI / RICE Garlic Naan - Delivered Hot & Yum. Dal Khichadi - Well balanced

DESSERT Gulab Jamun - Perfect way to end your meal ( One decent piece )

I loved the fact the food was very well packed & delivered hot. In terms of preparation no dish went over board when you consider the oil or flavours used in general which was so good to see.

In Paneer Butter Masala & Daal Khichadi the oil quotient could minimise just a tad bit. It wasn’t excess but a little less wouldn’t hurt.

Decent quality & impressive quantity ensures each order is sufficient for two average eaters.

Next time I’ll definitely order their Mughlai & Lebanese dishes to see how they fare.
