Worst experience both by Bombay burgars marol and food panda. I did all the things required. Selected home delivery, paid the amount and now they declined my order saying that they don't have delivery boys available it's just 1.4 km away from my house . And now they are saying me to buy something not of my choice......... Believe me guys go for Zomato or swaggy atleast they take the oppurchunity and responsibility to solve it. Foodpanda tried to but was offering me something that i did not want to have. It was clear to them that that it was truly their mistake. And should have done some more for their customer. They at last told sir please go and fetch your order . If it wanted to fetch it my self why should have it pays the order for home delivery including the delivery charge.
