Caution: Disappointing Experience at Spirit Restaurant

Last night, I visited Spirit, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely bad. From the moment we settled in, the staff seemed overly keen on rushing us. The constant pressure to order more, along with some weird stares from the man at the counter, made us feel extremely uncomfortable.

The lack of hospitality was evident, as we were made to feel unwelcome for simply enjoying our drinks. This was particularly surprising considering we spent a substantial amount, yet the treatment we received was subpar. Moreover, the food quality did not live up to expectations either, lacking in both flavour and presentation.

Well, in 2023 this was our favourite bar in whole Mumbai: Not to small, Not to big, not to cold, Not to loud, good Drinks, good music, good Service… Coming back for that reasons in 2025 we found everything unchanged plus some tasty food( wich we didn’t try in 2023) but minus the Service: there were around 4 or 5 guests (incl us) and a Double of guys on Service. I don’t know if it was due to Holi( the Night before ?!?) that that they looked and more important behaved tired to Not interrested in their job( except the Chief who tried his Best) so After 2 drinks we left quite...

They call it a family restaurant, but play some really offensive music, which I personally think they don't even understand. On asking them to either turn it off or reduce the volume, they will start an argument.

Indian restaurant, but they think they are westerners with a twist.

Don't even bother with the service. This restaurant is not a place for any person with self respect.

Unfortunately, the minimum google allow me to give is one star, but they are worth minus one star.

These are the people who need to go for customer service course to appreciate...
