BOSS BURGER BREWS B.B.Q.s — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Boss Burger, and true to its name, the burgers here left a lasting impression. The taste and portion size of the burgers were spot on, and I couldn't have asked for more. We also tried some fries and the socials breakfast, which complemented the meal nicely.

However, where Boss Burger falls short is in its service and staffing. The potential is evident, but it lacked the quality service that can elevate a dining experience. On the plus side, the restaurant boasts a beautiful ambiance, and visiting during the monsoon season added an extra layer of charm. The location is truly amazing.

Moving on to the beverages, the beers were of good quality, but their prices were on the higher side. It would be great if they could introduce some enticing offers to make it more budget-friendly for customers. Regrettably, the restaurant suffered from very bad network connectivity, and their Wi-Fi was also unreliable. This makes it difficult to enjoy any online payment discounts.

In summary, Boss Burger delivers on its promise of great burgers but falls short in terms of service quality. The ambiance and location are definite highlights, but improvements in pricing and connectivity would enhance the overall...

I had been there with a friend on Wednesday night. Not many people were there. We ordered drinks first, followed by dinner. My friend ordered a shake called "Monkey business" which turned out to be too sweet for her taste. And when she shared this feedback with the server, his response was "This is a milkshake, and milkshakes are sweet". As if she hasn't had a milkshake before. When someone shares a feedback, learn to take it, instead of justifying. Our good was kebab platter and fish tacos, both of which were good. We then ordered tiramisu for dessert, and regretted it. Not because the dessert was bad. But because the server literally shoved it on our faces. That's not the way you serve customers. Not that you are charging anything less than fancy.

If you only care about the taste of food, you can go for it. But if customer service matters, then this is not the place. They really need to learn a thing about treating customers well. Won't come here...

Well this is one dreamy place in a city like Mumbai. The cafe is amid a lot of plants and gives a cool vibe. The ambience is very good and spacious too. Enjoyed the music and the surroundings.

We had a black bean and guacamole burger which was relishing. I loved the black bean patty which was filling and juicy.

Also, the mocktail was great. It was named do be do be do. Thoroughly enjoyed the mix of orange and lychee flavours.

Everything was good, but I just got confused as they had two menus which was for Vikhroli social and Boss Burgers in every table. Some prices of the same item were different in both the menus too.

The staff although clarified that the cafe is divided into two sections from which one section belongs to Boss Burgers and other to Vikhroli Social. But then why did they have Social menus in the boss...
