Mia Cucina — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had my office meeting at Vikhroli branch today and was searching for a nice place to have lunch with my partner after work.

One of my local food expert friends suggested that I visit Mia Cucina.

Mia Cucina is located in Godrej Business Park in Vikhroli and it's an authentic Italian restaurant.

They have a wide spread of options in the menu. We started with their seasonal refreshing cocktails. Mango based drink Mango delight & Mango tropical were our favourite.

For appetizers we tried Calamari Fritelle which was crispy golden fried squids which complimented well with salsa sauce.

We also tried their newly launched dish Gamberi Al Forno. Baked crusted king prawns were lip smacking good.

As it's an authentic Italian restaurant we tried their pasta too. Tonno Fresco Al Pomodori. It was pan seared tuna fish in tomato sauce served with red pasta and exotic veggies. By far it was one of the best pasta I've eaten lately.

We managed to also try their Meaty Pizza which had a topping of Pepperoni, Chorizo and Chicken. The pizza was large with 8 slices and loaded topping. Pepperoni and Chorizo added bursts of flavours to the pizza.

We ended our meal on a sweet note with Tiramisu. The taste was authentic and gave us a comforting end to the meal.

Overall a lovely experience for me and my partner. Special thanks to Nikhil, Sairaj and Virendra for the warm hospitality.

I visited this restaurant as a tourist with my parents. We ordered pizza, pasta, and I had a mojito. Within hours, all three of us developed severe diarrhea, which ruined the rest of our day and plans.

Before ordering the mojito, I specifically asked if it contained local tap water or ice made from unsafe water. I was clearly told it did not. Yet, based on the timing and symptoms, it’s highly likely that something we consumed here was contaminated.

Either the ingredients were not fresh, or the ice or water used was unsafe. For a place that serves international guests, this is completely unacceptable. I urge management to take hygiene more seriously, and I strongly warn other tourists to avoid this place unless you want to risk your health.

The restaurant contacted me, apologized, and asked what they could do for me. They listened to my story and claimed that no tap water is used in the cocktails. Now I don’t understand where the complaints came from — the food or the mojitos. I asked for compensation in the form of a refund for the order and reimbursement of the medicine costs. The management could only offer a 1000 rupee voucher to spend again at the restaurant. You can surely understand that I don’t accept that and have no interest in ever eating here again. They said they could not do anything further. I am not satisfied with how my complaint was handled. As a tourist i dont advice people...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mia cucina in Vikhroli, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Here’s a detailed review of what we enjoyed. We ordered veg n nonveg starter each item was cooked to perfection, with distinct flavors and spices that showcased the chef's expertise. the main course, we had a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. . The portions were generous, and the presentation was excellent. To finish off, we indulged in their decadent desserts. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy décor that makes you feel right at home. Mia Cucina is a fantastic dining destination in Vikhroli.
