I would like to draw the attention to the extremely unhappy and reckless experience with Zomato delivery for my order from Burger King. I had ordered for the above mentioned order and paid at 8:14 PM. Though the delivery place is hardly 15 mins away from my current residence , I got my order after almost 1 hour at 9:13 PM. Initially when I had called for the delivery guy, I was told by him that my order was already prepared and he was waiting for another Order, which was getting prepared and to be delivered by him. For which he kept my delivery pending and let my order to be in a cold State from the freshly prepared state.... When I asked the online support people, they kept regretting about the mistake made. But not at all willing to go for a proper solution! I simply asked for a full payment back or a replacement order ! Which they(two support people) denied and offered me not worth taking token. I refused to accept , as It seems to be completely unprofessional and fradulance from Zomato side. As have paid the amount I have been asked for and didn't get the food even, which vallet has carried away with him, I look at it as stealing Finally Zomato people have also told me that it is restaurant's responsibility to deliver orders fast. No one wants to take responsibility....
Read moreBeing an avid Burger King fab who has eaten from almost all of your outlets in Mumbai so far I would certainly want to point out the fact that the FOOD ORDERING KIOSK installed is an absolute disaster.
It takes forever to order and to make matters worst things card machine does not function for payment!!!
This has probably been my 10th visit here but the kiosk ordering has only made matters worst!!
Eventually it is your good and humble staff who help us with the order and billing process.
I really fail to understand the reason for a kiosk machine when ordering directly at the counter is so much more better and easier.
Your board installed inside the eatery says that you are an Indian company recruiting more than 10,000+ employees so I don't really think that we need machines to do the work that your staff does so efficiently always.
Also as far as Burger King being and Indian company as per your board installed in the eatery you should be well aware that we Indians love talking to another person to place a food order and really see no reason why you would absolutely stop Burger King employee and consumer...
Read moreThis is the worst place ever seen Their service is so bad .we placed our order at 11.15 and it was 12.30 still the the order don't deliver we tried to call them by 12 that time they said they'll deliver the order in 20 min 45 mins passed but they didn't deliver yet again we tried to call at first they weren't answering the call n the time when they answer they were asking for more 20 min like what kind of behaviour is this like for seriously n at that time like around 1 o'clock they were saying us to cancel the order if ur not able to deliver the food in time then u shouldn't accept the order at frst place. They were also not ready to give the money back Today just because of their carelessness my whole family has to sleep empty stomach they were hungry n waiting for their meal but just becoz of these people carelessness and worst service my childrens had to sleep empty stomach It's the worse branch I have ever seen of burger King won't recommend to oder from their app...
