Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Mumbai

I have been to malad orlem CCD thrice but from today I won't be visiting it again as very disappointed with the staff . The hazelnut cold coffee with vanilla ice cream is really good no doudt but the paneer cheese garlic bread was soo disappointing the quantity is very low + its not at all satisfying. It's unnecessarily soo expensive. They force you to immediately order as you enter the Cafe , and if you are 15 mins just sitting and chilling They will come to you and ask you to order something , there are schools and colleges near the Cafe atleast they should have student discount as there's no mcd near by . Today I got 1 water bottle They said you need to by something you can't sit here with just buying water . The ac wasn't working when I went in . My experience was...

I’m not one to write a review but felt compelled to write this one. Here I am sitting at a CCD on a busy Sunday evening and they only have one employee serving, yes that’s right, literally only one! Poor guy is absolutely swept off his feet, customers one by one approaching the serving counter complaining that they’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for their order, and it’s not even his fault, he’s doing the best that he can! This is poor, really poor! Get this guy some help for goodness sake. Surely COVID didn’t hit CCD that...

The place is good. With more space than your average CCD. With more space I mean it is more spacious and feels relaxed and not cramped up. It also has easy parking right opposite to it, so that's another thing convenient about it. Just one thing to complain is that not all charging points are working all the time. They do say it's a maintenance issue, but not sure if it would be the exact same reason twice. Well food n coffee is just like any other CCD, but just the spaciousness of the place makes me come here...
