Crunchies food with love — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had a terrible experience at Crunchies Café near my college. My friends and I ordered food worth ₹700-800, and everything seemed fine until we found a hair inside the egg of our club sandwich. When I informed the staff, the guy who worked there immediately denied it, claiming all their staff wear hair caps and even went as far as accusing us of putting the hair there intentionally. Even after showing him that the hair was deep inside the egg, he reluctantly agreed but instead of handling the situation professionally, he just picked up the egg, threw it away, and casually said he would reduce ₹60 from the bill. Seriously? As if he was doing us a favor. On top of that, he and the rest of the staff started behaving rudely. Instead of apologizing, they acted like we were the problem. Absolutely unprofessional and unhygienic. If this is how they treat customers, I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. Avoid it...
