Frankly I was not aware of the place and went casually to check it out basis a recommendation of a friend of mine who stays in Bandra. I landed around 830 PM on a Sunday evening thus managed to find a place to park my vehicle on the road. Thus a word of caution in case you plan to visit on a busy time as you will struggle for parking. I didn’t find any valet either
The place was lit up and well decorated and thus will force you to take some selfies on entry. The guard reluctantly checked my temperature as I offered my wrist and nonchalantly let others go past who didn’t care, The sanitiser at the metal detector gate was empty and there were nobody to refill it. As I entered through the gate I found it quite catchy with a display like bakeries and a giant screen playing music videos. It took me some time to understand the process of ordering. Its a self service restaurant where you need to place the order first at the display counter. The staff at the counter will then issue you a coupon which you need to take and pay at the cash counter. Quite time consuming and inconvenient is what I felt but I am sure they have their own reason for it. Post paying a bill is issued to you which you need to carry to the pick up counter. The gentleman who was handing over the food was not even wearing a gloves, though the person who was heating the food and passing on to him was wearing one.
We ordered a chicken steak, a cheesecake and a bread pudding. The steak was made in the morning and was just heated while handing it over to me. Thus the French fries were shallow and did not have any crispiness to it. Once you get your food you are required to carry it to your table of your choice. You can either sit and eat in front of the counter or walk up to the huge building this cafe is located, As I climbed up till the top floor I was astonished with the way its been decorated. You feel you are in some European restaurant basis the decoration. Lot of abstract decoration and colour makes it a hunting ground for the Instagram generation. There are open air place to smoke too and enough place for a couple to find a cozy place.
The quality of food was just above average and not something which will inspire me to come back. However its like a tourist place where you can bring your friends when they visit Mumbai. After 8 PM they give you 25% discount which you can use in case you are hard pressed on your purse. Nevertheless, the pricing is above average too and can be afforded to people who intend to...

Surprisingly, they have 3 counters for the Customers to run here and there with self service as a model of eating your own stuff. First counter you will have to go and order and get a slip, then you go to an unnecessary 2nd counter, where payment will be collected and again a paper slip will be given, where you pay and then you have to go to the which to the 3rd counter, who will takes her own sewer time to get you your ordered breakfast after a good wait of not less than 20 minutes or even more. I just Could not understand this type of serving from three different counters: Big timepass. Also the counter staff behave as if they are a strict “convent school teachers” with no smiling attitude which they show to the customer as of the customers are their students and not customers.
