Poor Delivery Experience with Mahakali Andheri Order*

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service provided by the JB Nagar branch. Despite the order being ready and picked up within 20 minutes, the delivery partner failed to deliver it, citing "delivery area zone" issues.

Pizza serve was not cooked and i placed the order at 02.26pm and they asked to wait for 15 mins but I received my order at 02.50pm, that too she gave me only chicken taco mexicana and they after more 7-8 min she gave the pizza and that was raw, the bread was not cooked properly. And top of that when i called the female employee she was busy in her work, after calling her thrice she came and when i told her about the problem she said you could have told this before eating, can any one say that the food is raw without eating it how ridiculous it sounds. So want to aware everyone either you place your order and sit patiently till they bring it on their own, or else don’t buy pizza from them or else they will give you raw pizza… one more thing i want to add is when she gave me chicken taco mexicana she refused to give the chilli flaxes and oregano with it, i just don’t under for a business a customer’s satisfaction is important or that tiny packets of spices…sometime i feel they must be removing that leftover packets if spices when the clean the tables… ho pathetic is sound but this might be the...

Absolute daylight robbery. Thin crust papad oops I meant Thin crust Pizza. Should not have paid more than 30 rupees for it. Shame on Dominos. Only one counter to take orders. Menu card at the counter in worn out miserable condition. Just one was available. Really. So much cost cutting. Slow service. Limited seating space. And it appears that the lady is a One Woman Show. She takes orders, keeps the balance and returns it much later at your table (because she is handling 3 job profiles), she even clears out the table. Its sad that she has to do everything. There is no breakup of the price of the pizzas given. Just a total. How are we to know how much we have paid for each pizza. And the wash basin is in the toilet which was stinking so bad. I think DOMINOS is declining very much. Very disappointing. The only saving grace was the Paneer Double Cheese pizza...
