I'm really feeling bad to give 2 star to this outlet.

Please note few points strictly. Really don't want this review to be harsh but what I saw here was really shameful. Being an responsible person of the nation you should maintain the hygiene and cleanliness which was highly missing here outside the outlet.

It's located at the ground floor of neelyog mall just opposite of Ghatkopar east railway station.

As it was heavily raining so we decided to eat here. Its my very first visit and I'm really sorry I didn't like the management.

That's just a small outlet where outside few seating is available and just behind that there's ac compressor section which was way more than dirty and pathetic. I made them noticed this thing but I felt they were least bothered when was communicated to them. even crowd coming here wasn't well worsed and equally lower middle class. But yes there's no offence to them as they are also human being. But every human being should aware of cleaning habits and one must follow strictly. It should start from you 1st.

People are ordering their food and eating their itself still the staff isn't feeling like we should keep it clean that's really bad move. I had to tell them that please be serious with the issue and do something. People are eating and beggers are coming and annoying that was again portraying in bad manner. Even there was one staff from inside came out and thrown white cement on the corner of their outlet so I asked that don't you have dustbin he said yes we have, but this is cement and he went, he didn't bother that he's throwing out and harming the pedestrian way. I think everyone should take big lesson from this.

I have ordered Jamaican jerk and it had jalapenos, liquid cheese, capsicum, etc. Didn't feel that was newly launched tasted me normal only. Pizza was wonderful but I couldn't enjoyed it due to outside worse conditions. Definitely Zomato is made specifically for food reviews and I admit that food was fantastically made, pizza was exactly as I expected. I'm not complaining but what I saw was really ashamed stuff and it felt staff or the local people didn't bother to clean that mess which is wrong.

I hope the management will take care of this thing. Definitely your job is to serve the good food and spread the happiness but at the same time look around you for cleanliness. Get used to it its humble request.

Keep your eyes open and help each other to keep the premises clean that's the better way of survival in today's day.

And it's my request to the staff please take some action as early...

I had the worst experience with this outlet. Their customer service is terrible and Dominos needs to immediately take action. I tried to contact the store multiple times but nobody answered as always. I ordered through the dominos app and it had been over an hour and it still didnt show that the food is being prepared. I contacted the customer care and they hardly helped me with my problems, all they said was the food was being prepared and will be delivered shortly (while it had been over an hour). Customer care connected me to the store and nobody from the store picked up so I had to basically go over the process of calling customer care again. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue. Such a big brand and yet it provided the worst service possible, not just with delivery but also with customer...

I dont mind ambiance or service its ok if they are average but taste must not be compromised, several times staff compromised with the food quality. They literally used kissan tomato ketchup in any pizza u order, i could even tell it was kissan ketchup. Pizza tasted awful it was very sweet and sour. even no mozzarella on pizza and veggies of course not enough. Though on confronting them regarding it they gave us 1 free pizza to compensate over an order of 3. But in further orders too they repeated the same negligence and compensated with 1 free pizza irrespective of the number u ordered. the free pizza always tasted delicious like from any other dominos outlet so the staff knows they are adulterating but wont just stop. plz consider...
